A device for forming or molding elements on surfaces of a semi-finished product includes a C-shaped bracket element for displacing using a manipulator to a defined position with respect to a semi-finished product. An arrangement implemented for injection molding is disposed on a first leg and a backing holder is disposed on the second leg of the C-shaped bracket element. A semi-finished product can be disposed between the backing holder and the arrangement. A first molding tool is disposed in the direction toward a surface of the semi-finished product. The arrangement and/or the backing holder is/are displaceable against the corresponding surface of the semi-finished product, such that the open side of the first molding tool applies pressure to the corresponding surface of the semi-finished product and the backing holder contacts and applies pressure to the opposite surface of the semi-finished product.

Device for forming or molding plastic elements on surfaces of a semi-finished product

The invention relates to a two-wheeled vehicle frame with two frame half-shells (') which are joined so as to form a support frame (), thereby forming at least one inner cavity (). The support frame () has at least one separating surface () on which the two frame half-shells (&#x2032;) rest against each other. The support frame () preferably has receiving areas () for a handlebar tube and/or a bottom bracket and/or an operator seat tube. The support frame () forms a rear structure () for assembling a rear wheel () at the rear end when seen in the travel direction (z). In order to form the rear structure (), a left-hand support brace () when seen in the travel direction (z) and a right-hand support brace () when seen in the travel direction (z) are provided such that the rear wheel () can be mounted between the two support braces (). According to the invention, the separating surface () runs between the two frame half-shells (&#x2032;) as well as through the left-hand support brace () and through the right-hand support brace ().

A stabilizer bar or stabilizer link in fiber composite construction is of a monolithic construction without fiber interruption. The cross section geometry, the wall thickness, and the fiber orientation vary in axial direction and radial direction such that the requirements defined by the available construction space and the expected loads are fulfilled. The fiber orientation is adjusted axially and radially load-appropriately. The middle section of the stabilizer bar that is primarily torsion-loaded is reinforced with fibers oriented between +/&#x2212;35&#xb0; and +/&#x2212;55&#xb0; relative to the longitudinal axis and the end members that are primarily bending-loaded are reinforced with fibers oriented between +/&#x2212;20&#xb0; and +/&#x2212;40&#xb0; relative to the longitudinal axis. In the transitional areas between the middle section and the end members there are transitions between these fiber orientations relatively to the longitudinal axis.
