The present disclosure is directed to systems, methods and devices for providing customizable enterprise-based policy for managing document content. Text from documents being authored and edited may be processed by one or more natural language processing and machine learning modules and a determination may be made that one or more enterprise rules relating to processed text are implicated. Properties from documents being authored and edited may be processed. Recommendations based on the one or more implicated enterprise rules may be provided to a document author to provide an enhanced reader experience and to increase the document's effectiveness or alignment to a common voice or standards amongst the content group. Analytics relating to a plurality of enterprise documents may be provided as they relate to document effectiveness or alignment to a prescribed voice or standards.

Enterprise writing assistance

A sample of blood is placed on a bilirubin test strip and plasma separated from the red blood cells. The bilirubin test strip is located on a test card along with a set of calibration images, the colors of the calibration images being associated with known plasma bilirubin levels. A photograph is taken of the test card. The bilirubin level of the blood sample is determined by, within the photograph, interpolating the color of the plasma and the colors of the closest colored calibration images.

In non-limiting examples, the present disclosure is directed to systems and methods for performing an analysis of an electronic document comprising a review for a plurality of writing issues related to the electronic document's conformance to a specified target audience; causing, in an application associated with the electronic document, one or more flagged writing issues identified by the analysis of the electronic document to be displayed; receiving a selection of a flagged writing issue; and based on the selection of the flagged writing issue, causing, in a contextual menu, one or more alternative suggestions to replace text associated with the flagged writing issue to be displayed, the one or more alternative suggestions based, at least in part, on a fluency metric and a resemblance of the one or more alternative suggestions to the text associated with the flagged writing issue.

In non-limiting examples of the present disclosure, systems and methods for providing customizable electronic document review options within electronic document processing applications are provided. An analysis of an electronic document may be performed comprising a review of an electronic document for a plurality of style issues, a plurality of spelling issues and a plurality of grammar issues. A proofing task pane having a plurality of selectable options may be displayed. A total number of identified issues associated with each of the plurality of style issues, the plurality of spelling issues and the plurality of grammar issues may be displayed in the task pane based on the analysis of the electronic document. A value associated with the electronic document may be calculated based on a fluency metric associated with the electronic document and an indication of the fluency value for the electronic document may be displayed in the task pane.

The subject disclosure relates to user input into a computer system, and a technology by which one or more users interact with a computer system via a combination of input modalities. When the input data of two or more input modalities are related, they are combined to interpret an intended meaning of the input. A system for detecting a type of stroke includes a processing circuit. The processing circuit is configured to receive heart data regarding a heart rhythm of a patient and physiological data regarding a physiological characteristic of the patient. The heart data is indicative of an occurrence of atrial fibrillation and the physiological data is indicative of an occurrence of a stroke. The processing circuit is further configured to determine a likelihood that the stroke was an embolic stroke based on the heart data and to provide an output including an indication of the likelihood that the stroke was an embolic stroke.

Systems, methods, computer-readable storage mediums including computer-readable instructions and/or circuitry for communicating with one or more sensors in an ad-hoc sensor network may implement operations including, but not limited to: receiving one or more wireless signals indicative of a presence of a sensor within a portion of a region to be monitored; storing location data associated with the portion of the region to be monitored; and wirelessly transmitting one or more sensor operation activation signals to one or more sensors according to the location data.

Electrical battery apparatus embodiments are presented that generally involve incorporating sensing, computing, and communication capabilities into the one common component that a vast number of electronic devices employ&#x2014;namely batteries. By integrating these capabilities into disposable and/or rechargeable batteries, new functionality and intelligence can be provided to otherwise stand-alone devices.

The formation of a wireless device group for use in a computing environment involves establishing a wireless communication connection between a host wireless interface device and each of one or more dependent wireless interface devices, in which each dependent wireless interface device is configured to not directly communicate with a computing device. Another wireless communication connection is established between the host wireless interface device and the computing device when the host wireless interface device is within a host connection distance of the computing device. A further wireless communication connection can be established between the host wireless interface device and a second, different computing device.
