The disclosure relates to a belt pulley decoupler for transmitting torque between the belt of a belt drive and a shaft in driving connection therewith. The belt pulley decoupler includes: a hub fastened to the shaft, a belt pulley rotatably mounted on the hub, a helical torsion spring arranged in a torque flow path between the belt pulley and the hub, a first spring plate extending in the torque flow path on a side of the belt pulley, and a second spring plate rotationally fixed to the hub. The hub has an imbalance which compensates for an imbalance of the helical torsion spring resulting from a ground portion of the spring ends in such a way that the following relationship applies for the spring imbalance {right arrow over (U)}s and the hub imbalance {right arrow over (U)}b:|

Belt pulley decoupler

A belt pulley decoupler is provided for transmitting drive torque from belts of an auxiliary unit belt drive to the shaft of one of the auxiliary units, including: a belt pulley, a hub secured to the shaft, and a series circuit arranged in the drive torque flow between the belt pulley and the hub and including a decoupler spring and a wrap-around band that extends in the direction of the rotational axis of the belt pulley decoupler and is arranged radially between the belt pulley and the decoupler spring. Both ends of the wrap-around band open out radially when the drive torque is transmitted, the first end of the wrap-around band is braced against the inner surface of a first sleeve rotationally fixed in the belt pulley, and the second end of the wrap-around band is braced against the inner surface of a second sleeve rotationally mounted in the first sleeve.

A belt pulley decoupler includes a belt pulley, a hub to be fixed on the shaft, and a series connection made up of a decoupler spring and a wrap-around band arranged in the drive torque flow between the belt pulley and the hub. The wrap-around band extends about direction of the axis of rotation of the belt pulley decoupler and is arranged radially between the belt pulley and the decoupler spring. Under transmission of the drive torque, both ends of the wrap-around band widen radially, with one end of the wrap-around band being braced against the inner surface of a first sleeve that is rotationally fixed in the belt pulley, and another end being braced against the inner surface of a second sleeve that is rotatable within the belt pulley.

Pulley decoupler

A receiving housing of a hydraulic tensioning device for a traction mechanism drive in an internal combustion engine, having an opening that extends along a longitudinal axis for receiving a piston that is implemented for deflecting a tensioning rail of the traction mechanism drive. The receiving housing is a cast component, and the opening comprises an inner contour having an inner surface that comprises at least first segments and inclines for removing the workpiece from the mold in the opening. The second segments include surfaces that are directed into the inside of the opening and are aligned in parallel with the longitudinal axis. A sliding core is also provided that has an outer contour that is complementary to the inner contour of the opening of the receiving housing and fits into the opening. A traction mechanism drive and tensioning device having a receiving housing of this type are also included.

A traction engine drive (), the components of which are integrated into an assembly unit () that can be pre-completed. A guide rail () having a clamp rail () is fixed in location by a clamping device () and a traction element () is disposed in conjunction with at least one traction mechanism wheel, so that a free length of the traction element is not present.
