An angular coupling for fastening a first component, especially a mounting part in a vehicle, to a second component, especially a vehicle body, which comprises a coupling bolt with a head and a coupling socket in which the coupling bolt can be pivoted in a plane angle portion while the head of the coupling bolt is locked releasably or not releasably. The coupling socket comprises an arch with a push-in opening, a fastening collar surrounding the push-in opening having a not round shape with a longitudinal axis and a shorter transverse axis, wherein the arch encloses a pivoting plane generated by the longitudinal axis of the push-in opening and the push-in direction, which defines a variable angular orientation of the lockable coupling bolt in a plane angle portion which is limited at the maximum by an inner wall of the arch.

Angle coupling

A coupling seat provides a seat space in which the coupling head of a coupling bolt can be releasably locked and moved linearly in the seat space. The seat has a wall that surrounds the seat space, and the dome has a locking structure to fasten the coupling seat in an installation opening in a component. The seat has an open end and a closed end with a locking structure for the head of the coupling bolt. The locking structure of the dome comprises latching bars that are arranged opposite each other on an inner wall of the seat space and parallel to a longitudinal axis of an inner dome cross-section and form an undercut opposite the insertion direction. The locking structure permits movement of a coupling bolt along the latching bars in the seat space transverse to the insertion direction.

Plug-in coupling with tolerance compensation

A tolerance compensation element that compensates for tolerances in the distance between first and second components, includes a thread bolt having a first drive feature, a first thread of a first thread direction and a second thread of a second thread direction. Between the first and the second thread, a protrusion extends from the thread bolt radially to the outside. The element includes a first plastic overmold in the portion of the first thread, which provides a fastening structure for the fastening to the first component, and a second plastic overmold around the protrusion which extends radially to the outside, to provide an abutment portion abutting the second component when in use. A distance of the second plastic overmold to the first plastic overmold is changeable after overcoming a start-up torque between the first plastic overmold and the first thread in longitudinal direction of the thread bolt.

Tolerance compensation element, component with the tolerance compensation element as well as associated connection between a first and a second component, production method and connecting method

A tolerance compensation arrangement enables fastening two components with compensation of tolerances between the components. The arrangement includes a base element with a passage opening, an inner thread, an adjusting element with a supporting collar and with a thread sleeve having an outer thread which matches the inner thread. On a first front side of the base element, the adjusting element is screwed into the passage opening and on a second front side of the base element, a holding structure faces away from the adjusting element. The holding structure has at least one locking web and a supporting structure, so that via a lateral or an axial insert opening in the front-sided holding structure, a fastening structure configured with two steps is fastenable friction-fit and form-fit in the holding structure an opening in the front-sided holding structure.

Tolerance compensation arrangement

A tolerance compensation arrangement for fastening first and second components with tolerance compensation in the distance between the first and second component, has a base unit with a cage element, a base element, a nut in the cage element, and an adjustment unit having a threaded sleeve with an outer thread and a dragging element. The thread of the threaded sleeve forms with the nut a first thread pairing of a first direction. A fastening screw can be inserted through an opening of the base unit and the adjustment unit, and the fastening screw is screwable into the base element via a second thread pairing of a second thread direction and is connectable to the adjustment unit via the dragging element, so that, when the fastening screw is screwed in, the adjustment unit is co-rotated and thereby moved into abutment with the second component.

Tolerance compensation assembly

A coupling bolt or pin, in particular a ball pin, with a coupling head, such as a ball head, and a thread shaft. The thread shaft comprises a thread in a longitudinal portion of the thread shaft, which extends parallel to a central longitudinal axis of the thread shaft. Within the longitudinal portion of the thread a thread inhibition is provided by means of which a frictional connection between the thread and a counter thread engaging therein and being present at a radial inner wall of a thread opening is increasable. A disc-shaped support structure is provided between the coupling pin and the thread, a radial extension of which is adaptable to a diameter of the thread opening so that the coupling pin is supportable against a lateral load with respect to the axis of the coupling pin within the thread opening.

Ball pin

An extension adapter of a plug-in coupling, with which a free space between a male coupling element and a female coupling element can be bridged in a connecting manner and which comprises the following features: a male coupling end which can be inserted into the female coupling element, a female coupling end in which the male coupling element can be received and which is connected to the male coupling end via an intermediate piece, and a locking element which is displaceably arranged in the axial direction of the extension adapter and with which, in a locking position surrounding the female coupling end, the release of a male coupling element from the female coupling end is prevented.

Extension adapter of a plug-in coupling and associated production and installation method

The invention relates to an assembly for securing a fastening element to a first component, wherein the first component has a passage opening for a shaft of the fastening element, said assembly comprising a securing element, which reaches around the shaft of the fastening element, wherein a head part of the fastening element and the securing element are arranged on opposite sides of the first component and the shaft of the fastening element engages in a receptacle of a second component for the frictional and/or interlocking connection of the two components. According to the invention, the securing element is pre-fastened to the second component before a first connection of the first component to the second component and is separated from the second component and reaches around the shaft of the fastening element after a first release of the connection between the first component and the second component.

Assembly and method for securing a fastening element

A coupling element of a two-part plug-in coupling has a head section from which a female connection structure extends perpendicularly in an installation direction of the coupling element, with a locking web projecting inwards on an inner side so that a male bolt element can be inserted into the connection structure opposite to the installation direction and can be locked there, or a male cylinder-like connection structure extends so that the male cylinder-like connection structure can be inserted in a female receiving element and can be locked there. The coupling element has an integral locking structure which has a circumferential, or a plurality of locking webs which, together with the head section, form an installation gap for receiving the component, so that the female or the male coupling element can be locked in the opening of the component with a relative movement in installation direction between coupling part and component.

Two-part plug-in coupling for connecting components

The present disclosure describes a spring connection element, by means of which at least two components can be connected to each other by means of a claw-fit in at least one component opening. The spring connection element is characterized by the following features: a spiral spring-like wire coil with a first and a second end, said coil comprising a plurality of axially spaced windings, a spiral collar which extends radially beyond a circumference of the wire coil and which is arranged at the first end of the wire coil, and a central traction element protruding radially into the wire coil, which is arranged at the second end of the wire coil, which does not extend axially beyond the wire coil, and by means of which the spring connection element can be pulled into a component opening substantially rotation-free.
