A support for holding a fitness ball includes a centrally located vibration assembly. The vibration assembly includes a vibrating plate upon which the fitness ball resides. In an embodiment of the invention the support has arms which receive the fitness ball. Each of the arms has a vibrating member.

Support for a fitness ball and method of use

A cushioning system for a shoe includes an insert having a top surface, an opposite bottom surface, the bottom surface having a heel portion, an arch portion, and a ball portion. At least one spring is connected to the heel portion of the bottom surface, and an arch support is connected to the arch portion of the bottom surface. In an embodiment of the invention, an arch support module covers the heel and arch portions of the bottom surface, and carries a plurality of heel springs and the arch support.

Cushioning system for a shoe

A multifunction massage system may be used to massage the neck and/or the back of a user. The system is placed between the user and the back of a chair with the user leaning back against the system to obtain a massage. The system includes a pair of counter rotating neck massage heads the position of which can be adjusted to suit the height of the user. The system also includes at least one pair of counter rotating back massage heads which massage the back of the user. The speed and direction of rotation of the neck and back massage heads may be selectively changed. Additionally the neck and back massage heads may be selectively caused to vibrate in one of a plurality of vibrational modes and with a high or low force.

Multifunction massage system and method of use

A massage system includes a magnetic massage head which produces a pulsating magnetic field. The massage system also includes a foot pad which includes raised areas for massaging the arch and toes of the user.
