A computer system includes one or more processors coupled to one or more memory devices containing computer-executable instructions which, when executed by the one or more processors, are configured to cause the computer system to: receive information related to a redemption opportunity; receive information related to a user profile of a user; detect a geographic location of a mobile device running a mobile wallet of the user; and generate, on the mobile device of the user based on the mobile device of the user being within a predetermined distance of a merchant and the user profile of the user, an alert that is displayed by the mobile device, wherein the alert includes a message comprising an image overlaid on a map indicating the geographic location of the merchant relative to the detected geographic location of the mobile device.

System and method for a mobile wallet

A method for receipt tracking performed by one or more processors of a mobile wallet computer system includes receiving a receipt corresponding to a mobile wallet transaction performed by a mobile device associated with a user; extracting a first portion of identifying information from the receipt; receiving, via a user input, a second portion of identifying information to at least one of supplement or correct the extracted first portion of identifying information; updating a record associated with the receipt based on the received second portion and the first portion of identifying information; storing the updated record in a transaction database; and sorting records of previous transactions including the mobile wallet transaction stored in the transaction database.

System and method for operating a mobile wallet including receipt tracking

A method including receiving a request based on a sender initiating a funds transfer, wherein the funds transfer is for the sender to make a payment to a non-financial institution. The sender has a sender account at a sender financial institution. The method also can include obtaining sender identifying information from the sender. The method additionally can include sending at least a recipient public identifier and a payment amount for the payment to the sender financial institution to cause the sender financial institution to send a funds transfer request to a computer-implemented funds transfer network to initiate the payment from the sender account at the sender financial institution to a recipient account at a recipient financial institution. The funds transfer request does not include an account number of the recipient account. The computer-implemented funds transfer network is operated by an entity that is different from the recipient financial institution and the sender financial institution. System and method for facilitating transferring funds

A computer-implemented method performed by one or more processors of a mobile wallet computer system is provided. The method includes: receiving, by network interface logic of the mobile wallet computer system, at least one offer from at least one merchant; determining, by one or more processors of the mobile wallet computer system, an offer to provide to a mobile device of a user; causing, by the one or more processors, an image to be displayed on the mobile device taken from a camera of the mobile device; generating, by augmented reality logic, an overlay display configured to overlay the image, the overlay display providing additional information related to the offer to the user; generating, by the one or more processors, an offer code for the mobile device of the user for providing to a merchant; and sending, by the one or more processors, the offer code to the mobile device.

A mobile wallet computer system coupled to a merchant computer system and a mobile device associated with a user includes one or more processors coupled to one or more non-transitory memory devices. The one or more non-transitory memory devices include instructions stored therein that are executable by the one or more processors to cause operations including receiving, from the mobile device, a request to perform a transaction between the user and a merchant associated with the merchant computer system. The operations also include generating and providing to the mobile device a code comprising mobile wallet account information associated with the user. The operations also include receiving, from the merchant computer system, the code, bank account information associated with the merchant, and a purchase amount associated with the transaction. The operations also include authenticating the transaction between the user and the merchant by decoding the code.

A computer-implemented system and method that includes receiving, by a messaging hub, a code and a transaction amount from a recipient and determining, by the messaging hub, based at least partially on the code, an account number for a credit card held by a user. The system and method may include receiving, by the messaging hub, funds equaling the transaction amount from the credit card and depositing the funds in an account held by the messaging hub, the funds being received via a four-party credit card transaction in which the messaging hub operates as a merchant and sending the funds from the account held by the messaging hub to an account held by the recipient.

Merchant account transaction processing systems and methods

A computer-implemented method includes: receiving a request to perform a mobile wallet transaction between a user and a merchant via a mobile wallet application operating on a mobile device of the user; determining a location of the mobile device; receiving transaction information from a merchant computer system associated with the merchant; determining a location of a merchant point-of-sale device in communication with the mobile device; comparing the location of the mobile device and the location of the merchant point-of-sale device to determine whether the location of the mobile device is within a predefined distance of the location of the merchant point-of-sale device; generating a transaction code; transmitting the transaction code to the mobile device; transferring funds from an account of the user to a merchant account; and, transmitting an indication that the mobile wallet transaction has been completed to the mobile device.

A mobile device includes at least one processor, a memory and computer-executable instructions stored thereon. The mobile device is structured to determine first geolocation information indicative of a location of the mobile device and determine, based on the first geolocation information, that the mobile device is located within a predetermined geographic region from a plurality of merchant locations. The mobile device generates an electronic alert message regarding the plurality of merchant locations and displays the electronic alert message to the user. The mobile device determines a user selection of a payment card via a mobile wallet application running on the mobile device. Second geolocation information regarding a location of the mobile device is determined. A code generate a code for a purchase transaction is generated. The code includes the second geolocation information, tokenized payment card information, and a merchant identifier.

A computer system includes one or more processors and machine readable storage media coupled to the one or more processors having instructions stored therein that cause the computer system to: receive a request for a dynamic token on behalf of a payor; route the request to a first financial institution; receive a message from a second financial institution including a merchant identifier and the dynamic token having a code comprising account information of the payor; identify the first financial institution based on the code; route the dynamic token and the merchant identifier to the first financial institution; receive the account information of the payor; and route the account information of the payor to the second financial institution to process a payment from an account of the payor to an account of the merchant.

A method including receiving a request based on a sender initiating a funds transfer. The funds transfer is for the sender to make a payment to a non-financial institution. The sender has a sender account at a sender financial institution. The method also can include obtaining sender identifying information from the sender. The computer-implemented funds transfer network can include a first directory mapping the recipient public identifier to a recipient private identifier. The recipient private identifier is embedded with information that identifies the recipient financial institution. The recipient private identifier is not shared with the sender. The computer-implemented funds transfer network is configured to send the recipient private identifier to the recipient financial institution to enable the recipient financial institution to map the recipient private identifier to the account number of the recipient account and make funds available to the recipient account in real-time for the payment. The computer-implemented funds transfer network is operated by an entity that is different from the recipient financial institution and the sender financial institution. System and method for transferring funds

A computer-implemented system and method includes determining, by a mobile device associated with a user, a location of the user, generating, by the mobile device, a code comprising a tokenized value for sending funds and the location of the user, transmitting, by the mobile device, the code to a point of sale (POS) terminal associated with a merchant as part of a mobile wallet transaction, and receiving, by the mobile device, an indication that the mobile wallet transaction has been completed.

A computer-implemented method includes receiving, by a computer system, a code request to generate a code, the code request associated with a transaction; selecting, by the computer system, information to include in the code after receiving the code request; generating, by the computer system, the code including the information; providing, by the computer system, the code to a first device associated with the code request; and receiving, by the computer system, the information from a second device after providing the code to the first device.

Systems and methods for facilitating transactions using codes

A method including receiving, by a computer system over a computer network from a recipient financial institution, (i) a public identifier associated with a recipient and (ii) a private profile identifier that was generated by the recipient financial institution. The method also can include storing, by the computer system, a record including the public identifier and the private profile identifier in an information directory. The method additionally can include receiving, by the computer system over the computer network, a funds transfer request to transfer funds from a sender account of the sender at a sender financial institution to the recipient account at the recipient financial institution. The method further can include determining, by the computer system, the private profile identifier for the recipient based on the public identifier in the funds transfer request and using the record stored in the information directory. The method additionally can include in response to receiving the funds transfer request, providing the private profile identifier, by the computer system over the computer network, to the sender financial institution to facilitate a transfer of the funds from the sender account at the sender financial institution to the recipient financial institution. A computer-implemented method includes receiving, by a recipient bank computer system, a previously used token from a point of sale (POS) device, the previously used token identifying a previous transaction as transferring funds to a merchant from a payor associated with the recipient bank computer system. The method also includes transmitting, by the recipient bank computer system, the previously used token to a messaging hub computer system. The method also includes receiving, by the recipient bank computer system, at least one of a card number or a payment credential, from the messaging hub computer system, the at least one of the card number or the payment credential associated with the previous transaction. The method also includes processing, by the recipient bank computer system, a refund using the at least one of the card number or the payment credential.
