A heat transferring device comprises two massive thermally conductive bodies arranged vertically on top of one another and spaced apart by a variable distance. One or more spreading elements are positioned between the thermally conductive bodies and respectively comprise two horizontally movable wedges with wedge tips pointing in opposite directions and a spring pressing apart the wedges. The thermally conductive bodies have corresponding sliding surfaces extending parallel to the wedge surfaces. Motion of the wedges in the horizontal direction is converted into vertical motion of the thermally conductive bodies to thereby automatically adapt the height of the entire device to a respective installation situation.

Heat transferring device

A housing for electrical devices is composed of four sheet metal parts, namely a base part, two side parts and a lid. The base part is bent in a U-shape and has a rectangular bottom plate with two opposing connecting edges. Each of the side parts has a lower connecting edge and can be placed laterally against the base part. The lid has a connecting edge and an opposing edge that is folded over. Connecting links and mounting tabs offset inwardly in a Z-shape are arranged on the connecting edges. The mounting tabs engage partially in cutouts of the connecting links, thus forming a hinge-like positive connection of two adjacent housing parts.

Housing for electrical devices

A locking element for locking of a panel cover on a module rail includes a bearing block with a flat mounting surface and threaded holes for mounting on the inside of the panel cover and a slide lock, which is mounted to move on the bearing block and has a locking tab. A sliding mechanism moves the slide lock from a locked position, in which the locking tab engages beneath the module rail, to a release position and vice versa. An actuating screw forms a rotary actuator, which can be activated through a hole in panel cover when the locking element is engaged.

An electronic plug-in module for accommodation in a module rack with a mounting rail, wherein the plug-in module includes a circuit board, a front plate and a mounting device, the mounting device comprises a bearing part, a tensioning part and a fixation element, the bearing part is fixed on front plate, and the tensioning part is connected frictionally to the fixation element and the bearing part in such a manner that a force, by means of which the plug-in module is held with its front plate in a defined position relative to the module rack, is exerted onto the plug-in module transversely to the insertion direction of the plug-in module.

A shelf for electronic plug-in units is provided. The shelf includes at least one support plate that has at least one shaped opening. At least one guide rail is arranged for being mounted on the support plate, which includes a guide groove for receiving the electronic plug-in unit. There is also provided at least one positioning unit arranged on the guide rail, which includes a trunnion insertable form-fittingly into the shaped opening in the support plate to fix a position of the positioning unit relative to the support plate, and a locking element to lock in place an electronic plug-in unit fully inserted into the guide rail.

Shelf for electronic plug-in devices

A HF sealing strip () for electromagnetically shielded, insertable electronic modules comprises a core () of an elastically deformable material and a cover () of a flexible, conductive textile fabric. The cross section of the core () corresponds to an isosceles triangle with obtuse angle at the top. One section of the cover () forms a level contact surface (), to which adhesive strips () are attached. In the region of the edges for the contact surface (), the cover () of a textile fabric is used to form double-layer flaps () without an elastic core. These flaps () form reinforced, level outside edges of the HF sealing strip (), which can thus better withstand shearing forces transverse to the contact surface ().

A plug-in circuit board for insertion into and withdrawal from a rack having at least one front profile rail includes a front plate and a lever-latch handle with a gripping bar pivotably-mounted to the front of the plug-in circuit board. The gripping bar includes an elastically deflectable tongue which, in the pushed-in state of the plug-in circuit board, engages the front plate by a magnetic force between a magnetized stop on the front plate and the tongue.

A plug-in module for the insertion into and extraction from a module frame that has at least one frontal structural bar, including a circuit board, a switch for the active-passive switching of the plug-in module and a swivel-mounted lever/pull handle with a gripper arm located in the frontal area of the plug-in module. The gripping arm of the lever/pull handle has a rotatably connected control lever with a stepping pawl by which the switch can be operated during a completely inserted plug-in module. The stepping pawl of the control lever can have a locking nose that can lock behind a locking edge in the front area of the plug-in module.

A device for the insertion and extraction of a plug-in module into a module frame which has at least one front module bar, contains a swivel-mounted lever which is located in the front area of the plug-in module and whose short lever arm has at least one lever cam and a push-off nose and a pressure piece which is fastened to the module bar. The pressure piece absorbs the forces transferred from the lever, whereby the pressure piece has at least one recess, in which the lever cam of the lever reaches into during the insertion of the plug-in module. Furthermore the pressure piece has at least one push-off shoulder against which the push-off nose of the lever pushes off during the extraction of the plug-in module.

A plug-in module to be plugged in and/or pulled out of a module rack provided with at least one front stop edge, comprising a lever pull with handle arm and lever arm which is positioned pivoting in the frontal region of the plug-in module. A locking lever is attached articulated and such that it can rotate to the handle arm of lever pull. The locking lever turns an elastic locking tab. A corresponding locking profile is arranged in the frontal region of the plug-in module, wherein the locking tab engages behind the locking profile if the lever pull is pivoted out completely and thus prevents the lever pull from pivoting.

A front part () for electro-magnetically screened-off modules () that are inserted into module chassis', the front part has a front panel () that has a longitudinal groove () on each of its two narrow edges (). Two mounted side parts () that have a L-shaped profile are arranged in such a way that the one L-leg () reaches into one of the longitudinal grooves () of the front panel (), and the other L-leg () can be designed as sealing body for the acceptance of a HF-seal or as contact surface ().

Front part for electronic plug-in modules

The invention relates to a subrack ( ) for industrial electronics. The front and/or rear edge of a cover sheet ( ) and that of a base sheet ( ) are formed by edge-folding for fixing a specially configured angular strip ( ). This enables known module rails to be integrated with the cover or the base and means that said module rails can be produced from sheet steel, which significantly reduces the production costs.

Subrack

A card-holding device for locking a printed circuit card in a guide rail of a subassembly/subrack includes a retaining element that is inserted in the guide rail at the front edge of a printing circuit card when the circuit card is inserted to retain the card. The retaining element swivels outward and away against the elastic restoring force of an activating element. The activating element is releasable from the retaining element to allow withdrawal of the printed circuit card.

An assembly carrier for plug-in circuit boards has front supporting rails formed from the front end of a cover plate and base plate and has two side walls. Each of the supporting rails includes a roof that assists in insertion and removal of the plug-in circuit board. The roof includes a row holes and is formed from front edges of the cover plate and the base plate. A sectional rail of extruded aluminum is fastened on the cover plate and the base plate.

A shielded module support structure for printed circuit boards 2 can be inserted on guide rail 7 and having electrical or electronic components has two parallel side walls 3 and at least four module rails 4 for bearing the guide rails 7. The module rails are anodized aluminum or an anodized aluminum alloy and have, at the front side, at least one seating surface 12 for one or more front plates 9, to improve electrical conductivity, sections of the module rails 4 are freed from the anodized layer. This can be done by removal of protrusions 18 by processes such as mechanical milling. For improved contacting, resilient contact bands 19 may be snapped onto the rails 4 into engagement with the bared seating surfaces 12. The resilient contact bands include sharp-edged breakouts 22 for conductive engagement with plates 9 for effecting a shielded enclosure about the circuit boards 2.
