Electrified vehicle charging systems may be equipped with multiple charging interfaces. An exemplary charging system may include a charge adapter for allowing a single charge plug/connector/coupler to be split into multiple charge plugs/connectors/couplers for simultaneously utilizing each charging interface for charging a traction battery pack of the electrified vehicle. Use of the charge adapter can reduce charging times when only a single charge plug is available at a charging station.

Sea chest assembly

The delivery of water to a live well on a marine craft includes a sea chest disposed in fluid communication with ambient water and the live well. An access opening is formed on the sea chest in communication with an interior thereof. A cover is removably connected in fluid sealing relation to the access opening. Each of one or more pumps is connected to an exterior of the sea chest and includes a housing having an open segment disposed in accessible relation to the housing interior and internal workings therein. A mounting structure adjustably connects an inlet of the housing in fluid communication with a submerged, lower interior of the sea chest and an outlet is connected in fluid delivering relation to the live well.

A method and computer instructions on computer readable media for determining and analyzing spatial changes in the earth's subsurface associated with dip vectors measured using 3D data in regions near a fluid contact or seismic flat spot event. The method obtains seismic attribute data, then derives corresponding 3D dip and azimuth as a 3D volume and derives corresponding 3D reliability volumes or 3D censor volumes. A set of vector is formed within a local subvolume of interest interior to the focused subvolume of interest for each reliability location, and a subset of local vectors within a user specified deviation of the azimuth of the structural dip vector are identified. A set of candidate flat spot dip vectors within the local subvolume of interest are identified enabling a significance measure for each vector within the set of candidate flat spot dip vectors to be determined.

Method for deriving 3D output volumes using dip vector analysis

A method of determining the existence of and location of hydrocarbon and water fluid contacts by analyzing spatial changes in 3D seismic data. The method begins by obtaining seismic attribute data as a 3D data volume. Then the method derives 3D dip and azimuth as a 3D volume and deriving corresponding 3D reliability volumes or derives responding 3D censor volumes which are representative of portions of the volume within which a reliable dip and azimuth can be determined. A focused subvolume of interest within the 3D data volume is then selected. The method concludes by storing filtered 3D seismic attribute data within the filter half length in each 3D direction along with null values for all non-reliability locations outside the filter half length but within the focused subvolume of interest forming a 3D output volume.

Method for deriving 3D output volumes using filters derived from flat spot direction vectors

A method of determining and analyzing spatial changes in the earth's subsurface. The method includes obtaining seismic attribute data as a 3D data volume and obtaining corresponding 3D dip and azimuth as a 3D volume and obtain corresponding 3D reliability volumes or 3D censor volumes which are representative of portions of the volume within in which a reliable dip and azimuth can be determined. A focused subvolume of interest within the 3D data volume is additionally selected. An average for the plurality of vector dips is computed and a flat spot direction vector for each structural dip and a flat spot direction vector dip magnitude is determined. Sequences of distances from each reliability location is defined and interpolated onto the direction of the flat pot direction vector. The sequences of interpolated seismic attribute data is summed and the summed sequences of interpolated seismic attributed data values are stored.

Method for deriving 3D output volumes using summation along flat spot dip vectors

A method of determining and analyzing spatial changes in the earth's subsurface. The method includes obtaining seismic attribute data as a 3D data volume and obtaining corresponding 3D dip and azimuth as a 3D volume and obtain corresponding 3D reliability volumes or 3D censor volumes which are representative of portions of the volume within in which a reliable dip and azimuth can be determined. The gradient of the seismic attribute data in the direction of structural dip is formed using either a dot product methodology or a derivative methodology after interpolation onto the direction of structural dip. At non-reliability locations or locations where no gradient could be meaningfully computed null values are stored. High gradient values in narrow time or depth ranges which are both statistically significant relative to a background level and contiguous designate regions likely to be proximal to a fluid contact or seismic flat spot.

Method for deriving a 3D GRAZ seismic attribute file

Methods for scanning geophysical data sets to find geological entities with specific geophysical responses entail selecting a focus sub-volume and a background sub-volume proximal to the focus sub-volume. The sub-volumes include discrete sampling locations and are located within at least two geophysical data sets. Each discrete sampling location has associated data values. The background data volume and each data value are normalized. A determination is made to whether a data value is inside or outside of the background data. A distance value is associated with each determination. The distance values are evaluated to find discrete sampling locations with specific geophysical responses. The anomalous data points can be related to the presence of hydrocarbon or water bearing strata at the corresponding depth locations of the data points.

Multi-attribute background relative scanning of 3D geophysical datasets for locally anomaluous data points

The method for deriving a GrAZ seismic attribute file entails inputting a horizon file and an attribute file, obtaining the gradient of the horizon file thereby producing a horizon vector file, indexing from the attribute file data at corresponding geographic locations of the horizon file, forming an attribute file, obtaining the gradient of the attribute file thereby producing an attribute vector file, and performing a compilation of the horizon vector file and the attribute vector to ascertain if changes are in a direction towards a surface datum for a narrow time range and depth range and are detected and measured.

Method for deriving a GrAZ seismic attribute file

The method for horizon binning for an area of interest entails merging an attribute file with a second horizon file, identifying an area of interest of the merged file, identifying a time range for a time horizon file or a depth range for a depth horizon file, to perform the analysis, proposing a theory that the identified area has a portion contiguous between a hydrocarbon and water-bearing area, binning the identified area of interest using a file with time or depth values, computing a calculated value for each bin, creating a plot of the computed value versus the first value for each bin, viewing the plot to ascertain if a magnitude shift corresponds to a fluid contact, using discontinuity of the water and hydrocarbon reservoir models to confirm the theory, and using the discontinuity to determine a boundary between the water and hydrocarbon reservoir model and the corresponding water and hydrocarbon reservoirs for an identified area.
