An aspect of the present disclosure is directed to a method for mitigating rotor bow in a turbo machine. The method includes rotating a rotor over a first period of time; discontinuing rotation of the rotor for a second period of time; and iterating, over an overall period of time, rotation of the rotor over the first period of time and discontinuing rotation of the rotor for the second period of time.

To enhance comfort when kneeling down and working with knee pads. By sewing on the inside of knee pad four triangular pockets running somewhat parallel with pockets opposite of each other provides the mechanics of this invention. All four pockets contain all four corners of 4&#x2033;5&#x2033; approx. carpet scrap securely.

An improved striking tool handle grip used with standard heads such as hammers, hatchets or axes, wherein the grip is tapered from a point closest to the head to the opposite end of the handle and is elliptical in shape.
