Compounds comprising R-G-Cysteic Acid (i.e., R-G-NH&#x2014;CH(CH&#x2014;SOH)COOH or Arg-Gly-NH&#x2014;CH(CH&#x2014;SOH)COOH) and derivatives thereof, including pharmaceutically acceptable salts, hydrates, stereoisomers, multimers, cyclic forms, linear forms, drug-conjugates, pro-drugs and their derivatives.
