A system for performing robotic laser surgery is disclosed. The system comprises at least one surgery equipment, a surgeon terminal, and a communication module. Further, the system includes a surgical computer communicatively coupled to the at least one surgery equipment via the communication module. The surgical computer is configured to transfer data between the surgeon terminal and the at least one surgery equipment. The surgeon terminal is configured to modulate the tunable laser to conduct the surgical procedure in fully autonomous mode or semi-autonomous mode using robot controls. Further, a plurality of sensors is used to real-time data while performing surgical procedure and transmit the real-time data to the surgeon terminal.

Apparatus, system, and method for computer modulated surgical laser intensity

Methods, apparatuses, and systems for transcribing and performing analysis on patient data are disclosed. Data is collected from one or more medical professionals as well as sensors and imaging devices positioned on or oriented towards a patient. An analysis is performed on the patient data and the data is presented to a medical professional via a verbal interface in a conversational manner, allowing the medical professional to provide additional data such as observations or instructions which may be used for further analysis or to perform actions related to the patient's care.

A robotic surgical system performs surgery and is controlled jointly by an artificial intelligence (AI) and a surgeon. The surgeon can perform the entire surgery or can alternatively allow the AI to control the surgical robot to perform a part of or the entirety of the surgery. The AI is trained using data from previous surgeries, can provide indication to the surgeon when it has been sufficient trained to take over parts of a surgery, and can prompt the surgeon when there is insufficient training data for the AI to continue. Alternatively, a supervising surgeon can manually take back control of the surgical robot from the AI.

Necessary workflow objects for the procedure are selected and surgical actions are performed on the digital twin. Data of the workflow objects and actions in relation to the digital twin are stored. The disclosed systems use a surgical robot network that receives medical images of a patient and generates a 3D rendering of the various medical images. A surgeon or physician is enabled to select workflow objects (such as various tools). The workflow objects can be selected in a sequence for performing actions on the 3D rendering. Data related to the workflow objects and actions in relation to the 3D rendering are stored. The surgeon or physician is enabled to select and perform various repairing techniques and input calculations of the actions performed. The user inputs, workflow objects, and actions with respect to the 3D rendering are sent to a surgical robot for performing robotic joint arthroscopic surgery.

Methods, apparatuses, and systems for maintaining and controlling surgical tools are disclosed. For each surgical tool, a surgeon can give verbal commands which can result in feedback provided by a synthesized voice or the execution of an action as instructed by the verbal command. The tools are monitored during use to ensure the tools remain within their operating parameters. The system alerts the surgeon should the tools approach their operational limitations.

The surgical robot receives information describing user inputs, tools, tool connectors, and data files containing surgical actions for robotic movements from a surgery network. The surgical robot extracts a data file containing movements of the end effectors of the surgical robot to perform a surgical action or function. The present disclosure provides a method for using a wearable device involved with the surgery of a patient preoperatively, intraoperatively, and postoperatively in which the patient condition is assessed and determines at least one medical wearable device. A profile is created for the patient that interacts with the wearable device and at least one condition is communicated preoperatively through the wearable device and the patient's profile is updated intraoperatively using the wearable device and postoperatively the wearable device communicates at least one second condition based on the updated profile.

Patient monitoring for surgical procedures using a wearable assessment device

The disclosed technology provides for printing a 3D structure in-situ within a patient during a surgical procedure. The disclosed technology can include generating instructions for a 3D printer of a surgical robot to print a structure within the patient's body, simulating and verifying the instructions, and autonomously or semi-autonomously executing the instructions, once verified, during a surgical procedure. Generating the instructions for printing the 3D structure within the patient can be based on image data of the patient. Generating the instructions can also include selecting substrate materials that are both safe for the patient and having desired properties of the final printed structure. Modifications can be made to the instructions based on results from the simulation. The disclosed technology provides for application of safe substrate material directly to hard and/or soft tissues within the patient's body via an additive manufacturing process, such as 3D printing.
