Methods, systems, and apparatus, including computer programs encoded on a computer storage medium, for implementing a dossier interface and distributing the dossier are disclosed. In one aspect, a method includes the actions of receiving data identifying one or more documents to include in a dossier. The actions further include receiving a request to share the dossier with a first user. The actions further include providing a link to the dossier. The actions further include receiving a request to modify the dossier. The actions further include storing data that indicates the modification and maintaining the data identifying the one or more documents that represent the dossier. The actions further include receiving, from the first user, a request to share the dossier with a second user. The actions further include providing, to the second user, a link that identifies the dossier and the data that indicates the modification.

Dossier interface and distribution

Methods, systems, and apparatus, including computer-readable medium storing executable instructions, for credential management using wearable devices. In some implementations, an authentication request for a user is received. It is determined that a wearable device previously associated with the user is in proximity to the electronic device. In response to determining that the wearable device associated with the user is in proximity to the electronic device, a notification is sent to the wearable device for output by the wearable device. Approval data is received indicating user interaction with the wearable device approving authentication in response to the notification. Data indicating approval of the authentication request is provided in response to receiving the approval data from the wearable device.

Credential management using wearable devices

A user is prompted to select a social site for generating a voice enabled social artifact. A user selection of the social site is received. Responsive to receiving the user selection, information associated with an account of the user on the social site is obtained. The user is prompted to select a social artifact associated with the social site for voice enablement. A user selection of the social artifact is received. The selected social artifact is configured for voice enablement. The selected social artifact is displayed on the social site with an indication that the selected social artifact is voice enabled.

Voice enabled social artifacts

Usage data associated with a user of a telephonic device is accessed by a remote learning engine. A service or a product that is likely to be of interest to the user is identified by the remote learning engine based on the accessed usage data. A recommended voice bundle application for the user is determined by the remote learning engine based on the accessed usage data, the recommended voice bundle application being a voice application that, when executed by the telephonic device, results in a simulated multi-step spoken conversation between the telephonic device and the user to enable the user to receive the identified service or the identified product. A recommendation associated with the recommended voice bundle application is transmitted from the remote learning engine to the telephonic device. The recommendation is presented by the telephonic device to the user through voice communications. The user through voice communications has accepted the recommendation determining is determined by the telephonic device. In response to determining that the user has accepted the recommendation, the recommended voice bundle application on the telephonic device is executed by the telephonic device.

Conversation assistant

An application executed on a first device presents a user interface on a device display. The application is associated with a validation system used by the device. Based on receiving a first user input, the application controls the first device to scan, using a first communication protocol, for other devices that are located within a first communication range of the first device. Based on the scan, the application discovers a second device that is located within the first communication range of the first device. The application receives, from the second device, an identification information that uniquely identifies a user associated with the second device on the validation system. The application validates the identification information by communicating with a validation server. Based on validating the identification information, the application displays an indication that the second device associated with the user is located within the first communication range of the first device.

Finding users

A credential management system is described. The credential management system allows a user to identify peers and obtain additional information regarding the peers through the credential management system. The credential management system may perform user analytics and provide the requested additional information to the user. The credential management system may associate the discovered peers with a group or credential, and share information and data with one or more of the discovered peers associated with a particular group or credential in a convenient manner. The credential management system may also implement a hierarchical menu and/or conditions to determine which users of the credential management system may be able to view other users' information and to determine a type of information or data that is transmitted between users.

Credential management system and peer detection

In one implementation, a computer system maintains one or more permissions associated with a credential held by a first user, where at least one of the one or more of permissions is delegatable by the first user to one or more other users. The computer system receives an indication that the first user has chosen to delegate a particular permission from amongst the one or more permissions to a second user, wherein the particular permission is needed to perform a particular type of action. Based on the first user indicating a choice to delegate the particular permission to the second user, the computer system associates the delegation of the particular permission with the second user. Based on delegating the particular permission with the second user, the computer system enables the second user to perform the particular type of action.

Permission delegation technology

In one implementation, a processing system receives a request from a user to output a representation for a credential at a client device, the credential being associated with the user. In response to receiving the request from the user to output the representation for the credential, the processing system accesses data identifying one or more conditions associated with the credential. The processing system then determines that at least one of the one or more conditions associated with the credential is not satisfied. And then, in response to determining that the at least one of the one or more conditions associated with the credential is not satisfied, the processing system denies the request from the user to output the representation for the credential at the client device.

Conditional user credentials

A graphical user interface (GUI) on a display of an electronic device visually presents to a user a group of voice bundles that are available for use on the electronic device. Each voice bundle includes a software application for performing a call flow that includes a sequence of prompt instructions and grammar instructions executable to result in a simulated multi-step spoken interaction between the electronic device and the user. An input is received from the user entered through the GUI indicating a selection of a voice bundle from the group of voice bundles. In response to the input, a remote server is identified that stores the selected voice bundle. Network communications is established between the electronic device and the remote server. The selected voice bundle is located on the remote server. A copy of the selected voice bundle is downloaded from the remote server onto the electronic device.

A request is received from a user of a telephonic device to invoke an application on the telephonic device. A form is displayed to the user using the application. Information input into the form is received by the application along with an indication to submit the form information with a service request to a call handling system. A data communications session between the telephonic device and an application server of the call handling system is established using the application. The form information is provided to the application server. A telephone number of the telephonic device is identified from the form information using which a voice communications session is established with the telephonic device from an interactive voice response system of the call handling system. Voice information is exchanged with the user and text, image or video information is communicated to the user via the voice and data communications sessions respectively.

Communication of information during a call

Multi-modal interaction with a telephonic device using a call handling system is enabled by receiving a call at an interactive voice response (IVR) system of the call handling system, the call being received from a telephonic device of a caller. A voice communications session between the IVR and the telephonic device is established in response to the call. Whether the telephonic device is capable of processing multi-modal communications is determined. Based on determining that the telephonic device is not capable of processing multi-modal communications, the IVR is enabled to access and audibly deliver voice page content to the caller via the voice communications session. Alternatively, based on determining that the telephonic device is capable of processing multi-modal communications, the call handling system is configured to exchange multi-modal communications with the telephonic device during the call.

Multimodal interactive voice response system

In one implementation, a client device receives a request from a user to output a representation for a credential of the user. In response to receiving the request from the user to output the representation for the credential of the user, the client device obtains data identifying a third-party having authority to grant the user access to the credential of the user. The client device then obtains a representation of a credential associated with the third-party and validates the representation of the credential associated with the third-party. In response to validating the representation of the credential associated with the third-party, the client device outputs the representation for the credential of the user.

Third-party authorization of user credentials

Location information of a client device associated with a credential is determined to be tracked. The credential has been granted to a user of the client device by a credential granting authority to indicate a status of the user with the credential. Known location data that indicates known locations is maintained. The credential data is associated with each of the known locations, and geographic data for each of the known locations. A location of the client device associated with the credential and a particular time associated with the location is determined. A subset of the known location data that defines one or more locations that are known for the credential is accessed from the known location data. The location of the client device associated with the credential is compared with geographic data included in the accessed subset of the known location data.

Logging location and time data associated with a credential

A server system maintains data indicative of credentials held by multiple different users. Each of the credentials has been issued by a credential granting authority that is separate from an entity that operates the server system. The server system receives selection data that indicates how credential data of a first user is to be made available to other users. Based on the selection data, the server system stores availability data that indicates how credential data of the first user is to be made available to the other users. The server system also maintains a location of a mobile computing device associated with the first user and, based on the availability data and the location, provides, to at least a second user, information about at least one credential held by the first user in association with an indication of the location.

Providing credential information

Obtaining and/or validating user credentials at client devices is described. A phrase may be generated based on one or more index values determined according to a function of time and a credential identifier identifying a user credential. The phrase may be output by the client device for validating the user credential.
