A container and organizer particularly for computer diskettes. The container includes a housing that can receive a plurality of holders which can be moved from an aligned position to an offset position. The holders have at least one horizontal retaining ridge to retain an adjacent holder in the offset position.

A bill payment center container is provided with removable trays so that the items desired for paying bills can be located in a single convenient location. A cover with a slot is provided so that when a bill envelope passes through the slot it is received by one of the trays.

A copyholder for holding and positioning documents. The copyholder contains a flat surface and a multi-action document holder which pivots between a horizontal position when in use, and a vertical position when not in use. The document holder pivots by a spring loaded mechanism, which locks it into the vertical and horizontal positions. The spring loaded mechanism also allows the document holder to expand and accept thick documents. The document holder also functions as a lineguide.
