Systems and methods are described herein for coupling electromagnetic (EM) energy from a remotely-located primary antenna into a plasma ion source. The EM energy is radiated by a first by through an intermediary secondary antenna. The embodiments described herein enable the elevation of the plasma ion source to a high electric potential bias relative to the primary antenna, which can be maintained at or near a grounded electric potential.

The user interface logic is configured to generate one or more screen displays configured to present the price to the loan originator prior to closing of the loan. The one or more screen displays are also configured to receive a commitment from the loan originator for the sale of the individual mortgage loan to the secondary mortgage market purchaser.

Computerized systems and methods for facilitating the flow of capital through the housing finance industry

Computerized systems and methods facilitate the flow of capital through the housing finance industry. A system for determining an interest rate quote and points for a mortgage loan that are specific to a borrower includes input means for obtaining borrower and mortgage loan information, means for retrieving underwriting characteristics and means for calculating the interest rate quote and points based on the borrower and mortgage loan information and based on the underwriting characteristics. The means for calculating includes means for retrieving a required yield which reflects market conditions in a secondary mortgage market including being indicative of a price that can be obtained for the mortgage loan in the secondary mortgage market. The calculating means also includes means for determining an adjustment to the required yield associated with the mortgage loan based on credit risk posed by the borrower, the credit risk adjustment being determined as a function of at least a credit score, a loan-to-value ratio, and a mortgage loan purpose for the mortgage loan and the borrower. The calculating means further includes means for determining other adjustments to the required yield based on other parameters related to the mortgage loan and/or the borrower. The interest rate quote and points are calculated as a function of the required yield adjusted by the credit risk adjustment and the other adjustments.

A window buck having members forming a frame with the members including adjustable components enabling use of the buck in walls under construction of different thicknesses. Extruded front and rear components of each buck member are adjustably interengaged with one another and fixable in a desired relationship to suit the wall being constructed. External channels formed in the buck members are open lengthwise to permit reception of angular connectors for joining the buck members at their intersecting ends. The connectors may be of reusable rebar and removable upon completion of the wall. The components of each buck member are lockable by inserted fasteners. Window buck

An apparatus and method for supporting and agitating a plurality of loose objects during a procedure known as sputter coating. A magnetron gun and the apparatus are positioned within a vacuum chamber. The magnetron or sputtering gun produces a metal ion fog or vapor within the chamber which freely penetrates through screen mesh surfaces of a suspended basket of the apparatus containing the objects to be sputter coated. A solenoid or other suitable device vibrates the basket, agitating, and repeatedly momentarily suspending and reorienting the objects to achieve a very uniform metal layer being applied atop the objects. By changing the magnetron target or by using multiple magnetron, thin layers of multiple metals or layers with metal mixtures are also achievable with this technique.
