An in-tank filter assembly for an industrial fluid reservoir tank includes a filter assembly mount with tank coupling elements to secure the assembly mount to a tank, and wherein the mount includes an inlet connection configured to be coupled to an inlet line of the tank; a bypass structure configured to selectively open allowing flow to flow around the filter element into the tank in bypass operation; and a disposable filter element including at least a top end cap and a bottom end cap with filter media extending between the top end cap and a lower end cap, wherein the filter assembly forms a bowl-less in tank return line filter having inside-out flow.

An in-tank filter assembly for an industrial fluid reservoir tank includes a two piece filter assembly mount comprising an upper filter mount and a lower tank extension member; an element and bypass plate; a bypass structure within the element and bypass plate; a filter element mount coupled to the element and bypass plate; the disposable filter element removably coupled to the filter element mount, wherein the filter assembly forms a bowl-less in tank return line filter having inside-out flow; and an inlet closing valve configured to selectively close off the inlet and biased toward a closed position, wherein the inlet closing valve is configured to automatically close off the inlet when the disposable filter element is removed from the filter element mount.

A coalescing filter element provides an integrated filter element with a three stage design with a hydrophobic or hydrophilic coalescing layer. A coalescing filter element comprises: a) At least one particulate filtration layer; b) A coalescing layer promoting coalescing of water particles, wherein the coalescing layer is downstream of the at least one particulate filtration layer relative to the flow of fluid through the element; c) An annular coalescing space downstream of the coalescing layer; d) A sump in a lower portion of the filter element in fluid communication with the annular coalescing space; and e) A hydrophobic layer downstream of the annular coalescing space, wherein fluid being cleaned by the element flows through the hydrophobic layer. The coalescing layer may be a hydrophobic or a hydrophilic coalescing layer. A filter assembly will include the coalescing filter element of the present invention.

A filter assembly includes multiple filter element housings with each filter housing receiving a filter element therein; a manifold supporting the multiple filter element housings; and a filter element housing coupling to attach each filter element housing to the manifold, each filter element housing coupling including a filter housing retainer ring bolted to the manifold to couple the filter housing to the manifold.

A hydraulic filter includes a canister extending along the longitudinal axis. A closed end cap is at one end of the canister for closing one end thereof. A removable filter element is contained within the canister and a modular one-piece input end cap is at an end of the canister. The one-piece input end cap includes a hydraulic input chamber and a hydraulic output chamber which can be positioned in any one of three mutually perpendicular directions. The one-piece input end cap also allows for sensors to be positioned in any one of three mutually perpendicular directions. In addition, the one-piece input end cap can be utilized in base-ported or top-ported configurations while also allowing for side-to-side or side-to-end configurations.

High flow filter assembly

A high pressure filter cap configured to withstand a high pressure differential and to minimize the deposit of residue on the filter cap threads. The body of the cap has, protruding from its lower surface, two circular flanges concentrically arranged about a central axis. The outer flange is threaded on its inner surface to engage the threads of a filter housing. The inner flange accommodates, on its outer surface, a sealing component such as an o-ring. A retainer, removably attached to the cap, holds the sealing component in place.
