This specification relates to methods, and systems for stakeholder and impact discovery. One of the methods includes receiving a knowledge representation model indicating at least a first stakeholder and a first impact; determining an impact model based at least in part on the knowledge representation model; receiving distributed sensor data; and determining at least a second impact based at least in part on the impact model and the distributed sensor data.

Stakeholder and impact discovery

This document describes impact networks that enable stakeholders to measure and take actions to adjust the impact of changes to products and services. In one aspect, a method includes receiving a stakeholder impact graph defining stakeholders. Each stakeholder is a node that is connected to at least one other stakeholder by an impact relationship edge. Data defining a first design perturbation in one or more design properties for a product or service of a first stakeholder is received from the first stakeholder. A determination is made, for one or more second stakeholders of the stakeholders connected to the first stakeholder by a respective impact relationship edge, a respective impact on the second stakeholder caused by the first design perturbation. Data defining a remediation perturbation that adjusts the respective impact of the first deign perturbation on the one or more second stakeholders is received.

The social in line consumer interaction launch pad is a digital commerce service that integrates into digital social forums that allows users (e.g., consumers) to perform commerce functions within a social conversation (e.g., interaction) without leaving the social forums. The launch pad automatically determines whether the conversation is about a company, brand, product and/or service, and converts text entered during the conversation into a 'hypertext link-mouse over-launch pad' for users to view and respond to services related to the brand, product and/or service based context. The launch pad is implemented through alliances with social forum service providers and/or a web browser plug-in to tag input (e.g., free form text) within reviews, comments, and unstructured data, selectable to initiate an interaction and/or transaction with the company of the brand and/or product. The launch pad determines the content to provide based on context information and demographics of the author and/or recipient.

A method, system and graphical user interface for configuring a simulator. A graphical user interface may be used to define a configurable device profile, where a large number of devices for simulation by a simulator may be created based upon the configurable device profile. Once created, the devices may be individually configured and/or configured in groups. Additionally, the configuration of the devices may determine how the simulator generates and/or outputs simulated device data for the devices. For example, an attribute may be associated with a device which defines a format of the simulated device data, a rate at which the simulated device data is output, a range of values for the simulated device data, or an operating parameter of the device. An attribute specifying the communicative coupling of the devices may also be defined. Further, the simulated device data may include a data value.

Method, system and graphical user interface for configuring a simulator to simulate a plurality of devices

A method and system for simulating a plurality of devices are disclosed. A simulator configured to simulate a plurality of devices may output simulated device data for the plurality of devices, where the output of the simulated device data may be performed based upon execution of commands by the simulator. The commands may be received from a device abstraction layer in response to a request from the simulator for any commands associated with the plurality of devices. Additionally, the simulated device data may be communicated to a component coupled to the simulator, where a result of the processing of the simulated device data by the component may be used to analyze the performance of the component. Further, other commands may be executed by simulator for changing the frequency at which simulated device data is output, for performing another operation defined during configuration of the simulator, etc.
