Transfection of plant cells with dsRNA through foliar application encounters cuticle, cell wall and plasmalemma three major barriers. We developed cationic polymer and sugar based formulations and protocols that can effectively deliver dsRNA into plant cells resulted in gene silencing. This disclosure covers the novel methods to deliver dsRNA into plant suspension cells with 'one step' treatment and plant foliar cells with 'one step' topical application.

The method includes comparing the trading price of a currently reported stock trade with the trading price of a previously reported stock trade and identifies the currently reported stock trade as a potential bad trade if the percentage difference between the two is greater than a reference percentage. In a system for a financial institution or other information maintainer, has a list of its account holders that also have accounts with a portal and have agreed to link their portal account and user account with the financial institution or other information maintainer.
