A method for applying cannabidiol onto and into the skin is provided. The method includes applying cannabidiol onto skin and irradiating the skin and the cannabidiol with a laser light. The laser light has a wavelength ranging from 800 nm to 870 nm. The irradiating of the skin with the laser light results in at least some of the cannabidiol penetrating into the skin. The cannabidiol can be provided in a kit with a laser emitting tool.

An optical display element of one embodiment of the invention is disclosed that comprises a binary optical display element and a multiple-bit storage element to store a number of bits of a color intensity value to be displayed by the binary optical display element during a display period. A printhead is provided with a data receiver and a data driver, each of which is coupled to a common data pad. The printhead is also provided with a clock pad and a data bus. Means for shifting data between the data receiver and the data driver shifts data in accordance with strobe signals received over the clock pad. Additional means transfers data from the shifting means to the data bus, and yet further means transfers data from the data bus to the shifting means.

Each conductive via provides a conductive path through at least one of the insulative layers to provide electrical coupling between selected ones of the conductive layers, and each of the printhead dies are electrically coupled to the first interface layer.
