A flange-set for a pressure difference measuring transducer with two flanges mountable on external sides of a measuring mechanism of the pressure difference measuring transducer lying opposite one another and containing membranes to be loaded with pressures, as well as a pressure difference measuring transducer equipped with the flange-set. Each of the flanges comprises: a wall, which in the mounted state covers one of the two membranes of the measuring mechanism and encloses a pressure chamber bordering on such membrane. Arranged on a first side of the wall is a first process connection, which includes a pressure duct connection region, in which opens a pressure duct extending through the flange to the pressure chamber. The first process connections are embodied in such a manner that a pressure difference measuring transducer equipped with the flange-set is mountable and connectable via the first process connections (without interpositioning of an adapter) on a process connection, which has a first process connection geometry designed for the connection and mounting of pressure difference measuring transducers with measuring mechanisms having membranes arranged next to one another in a plane.

Flange-set for a pressure difference measuring transducer

A pressure measuring device, comprising: a pressure measuring cell having a measuring membrane, at least one platform and a pressure chamber formed therebetween. An electrical transducer for transducing a deflection of the measuring membrane into a pressure dependent, primary signal; a cylindrical housing having a measuring cell chamber, in which the pressure measuring cell is arranged, and an end face pressure receipt opening in communication with the pressure duct; and an electronic circuit in the housing for operating the electrical transducer, and for processing the primary signal, and for outputting a measurement signal. The cylinder axis of the pressure measuring cell forms with the cylinder axis of the housing an angle, which amounts to not less than 80&#xb0;, and which is especially preferably a right angle.

Pressure measuring device

A differential pressure measuring cell comprises a measuring membrane; two opposing bodies; and one converter. The measuring membrane is arranged between the opposing bodies and is connected in a pressure-tight manner to the two opposing bodies, forming in each case one measuring chamber. The opposing bodies each have a pressure duct through which a pressure can be made to act upon the respective measuring chamber. The converter is provided in order to convert a deformation of the measuring membrane, which deformation is dependent upon a difference between the pressures, into an electrical signal; wherein the opposing bodies each have a chamber section oriented toward the measuring membrane and a rear wall section oriented away from the measuring membrane with, between these, a decoupling chamber. The chamber sections each have an equalizing duct between the measuring chamber and the decoupling chamber, wherein the decoupling chamber has a diameter that is at least as large as the diameter of the measuring chamber.

Differential pressure measuring cell

A drying module for a relative pressure measuring transducer, which has in the interior of a housing of the measuring transducer a reference pressure supply leading from a relative pressure sensor to an opening in a housing wall of the housing, and which has a connection element, whose inner space is connected via the opening with the reference pressure supply extending in the measuring transducer. The drying module comprises a module housing, which has an inner space, in which a drying means is located, and, extending through the module housing (), a reference pressure supply, whose first end is contactable with the reference pressure via an opening of the module housing, whose second end is connectable to the reference pressure supply of the measuring transducer via a connection element of the drying module connectable with the connection element of the measuring transducer, and whose inner space in the module housing is in humidity permeable connection with the inner space containing the drying means.

Drying module for a relative pressure measuring transducer

A differential pressure measuring pickup comprises a measuring pickup body and a differential pressure sensor. The measuring pickup body has a process interfacing surface with a first pressure input opening and a second pressure input opening. The differential pressure sensor can be loaded with a first pressure through the first pressure input opening and with a second pressure through the second pressure input opening. The first pressure input opening is closed by way of a first separating diaphragm and the second pressure input opening is closed by way of a second separating diaphragm. The first separating diaphragm is sealed with respect to the surroundings by way of a first seal, and wherein the second separating diaphragm is sealed with respect to the surroundings by way of a second seal. The differential pressure measuring pickup is tensioned during measuring operation with the process interfacing surface thereof against a process interfacing flange, wherein at least one plate-shaped spacer element with plane-parallel surfaces is clamped in between the process interfacing flange and the process interfacing surface, which spacer element defines the spacing between the process interfacing surface and the process interfacing flange and limits clamping of the seals between the process interfacing surface and the process interfacing flange.

Differential pressure measuring pickup

A relative pressure sensor () includes a pressure measuring cell () having a measuring diaphragm (), a main body () which is connected to said measuring diaphragm, and a the measuring chamber between the measuring diaphragm and main body, a reference pressure being applied to the measuring chamber by a reference pressure channel () which runs from a rear face () of the main body () through the main body (); a clamping ring (); and a housing () which has at least one housing body () with a measuring cell chamber (), wherein the pressure measuring cell () is clamped in the measuring cell chamber () by the clamping ring (). The housing has a reference air opening () which communicates with the reference pressure channel () by a reference air path which has a path volume which is separate from the volume of the measuring cell chamber, wherein the reference air path has a section which runs along the rear face of the main body, wherein the section is bounded by the rear face of the main body and a guide body, which guide body is clamped in against the rear face of the main body and covers an opening of the reference pressure channel () in the rear face of the main body.

Relative pressure sensor

A connector apparatus having a PG screw thread in a first end section and a first traversing bore, in which a first axial clamping surface is embodied. A grounding assembly has an electrically conducting, iris spring, is arranged in the first traversing bore and lies against the first axial clamping surface. An annular clamping body having a second traversing bore, a second frontside annular clamping surface, which surrounds the second traversing bore and which is arranged in the first bore facing the grounding assembly, wherein the grounding assembly is clampable between the clamping surfaces, whereby the iris spring is radially deflectable, wherein the clamping body has an external thread for engagement in an internal thread of the base body, and wherein the connector apparatus has with reference to the first end section of the base body, behind the grounding assembly a conduit screw thread for the connection of a conduit.

A composite material comprises a polymer matrix; and zeolite, which is bonded in the polymer matrix; wherein the percent of volume of the zeolite in the volume of the composite material amounts to at least 50%, in particular at least 65%. The polymer matrix can in particular comprise a polymer, which is selected from a group of polymers that consist of fluoroplastics, polyaryletherketones, sulphur-containing polymers and high heat resistant polymers. The zeolite comprises in particular a zeolite of type A, in particular a zeolite 4A or 3A.

A pressure measuring transducer includes a pressure measuring cell; a measuring cell housing having an annular axial abutment surface, which surrounds an opening; a sealing ring; and a ring of angular cross section for positioning the pressure measuring cell and the sealing ring in the measuring cell chamber. The ring of angular cross section includes at least a first component of a form-retaining material and at least a second component of an elastic material, wherein the at least one form-retaining component forms the radial shoulder and extends in the axial direction into the annular gap, and the second component is connected with the first component and extends in the annular gap at least sectionally radially between the lateral surface of the pressure measuring cell and the wall of the measuring cell chamber.

Pressure sensor having a cylindrical pressure measuring cell

A gauge pressure sensor for determining the pressure of a medium by means of a housing and by means of a measuring element, which is positioned in the housing, wherein an outwards facing side of the measuring element is in contact with the medium and is exposed to the pressure, which is to be measured. A tube for a reference pressure is provided, which conducts ambient air to the measuring element, and by means of at least one dehumidifying chamber, positioned in the housing, for the collection of air moisture. The dehumidifying chamber contains a moisture adsorbing material or is primarily composed of a moisture adsorbing material, in that the moisture adsorbing material is at least, in sections, enclosed by a wall, which is composed of a first moisture permeable material, or is at least, in sections, free from a wall, and in that the reference pressure supply tube is at least, in sections, fabricated from a first or second moisture permeable material or in that the reference pressure supply tube has an aperture.
