A stroke transmitter is presented. The stroke transmitter includes a conduit for providing a passage to a fluid, an actuating unit for increasing pressure in an hydraulic fluid, a valve unit configured to operate depending on the pressure of the hydraulic fluid, the valve unit arranged inside the conduit to regulate a flow of the fluid, and a pipe connecting the actuating unit and the valve unit for communicating the pressure of the hydraulic fluid between the actuating unit and the valve unit. The actuating unit is arranged outside the conduit.

Stroke transmitter for gas turbine

In addition to liquid in a thermal volume-neutral stroke transmitter, first and/or second displacement body(ies) is/are positioned in the stroke transmitter, for displacing the liquid. These three materials in the closed system are designed so that the stroke transmitter remains pressure-free during temperature changes.

Thermally volume-neutral stroke transmitter, in particular for metering valve without hydraulic compensator

The hydraulic temperature compensator has at least one longitudinally extensible hydraulic chamber and a gas-filled chamber which is at least partly enclosed by the hydraulic chamber, wherein the hydraulic chamber is subdivided into a first sub-chamber and a second sub-chamber which are hydraulically connected to each other by at least one throttle point and wherein the second sub-chamber adjoins the gas-filled chamber. The stroke transmitter has at least the hydraulic temperature compensator, a stroke actuator acting on the temperature compensator, and a further hydraulic chamber which is fluidically connected to the first sub-chamber of the hydraulic chamber of the temperature compensator, wherein the further hydraulic chamber is in fluidic connection with a displaceably mounted actuating element.

Hydraulic temperature compensator and hydraulic lift transmitter

A stroke translator or an injector having a solid-state actuator for generating a stroke and a hydraulic system for the hydraulic transmission of the stroke of the solid-state actuator to a control element such as a jet needle of a valve. The hydraulic system has hydraulic volumes hermetically sealed to the outside by metal bellows and constitute a hydraulic bearing with compensation for play. The advantages over known hydraulic levers are such that a complete metal seal is provided, and that a lower-wear design can be realized. Furthermore, a modular structure can be produced.

Hydraulic stroke transmitter

A pressure regulator can be used particularly in a CNG-operated motor vehicle as an electronically controlled pressure reducer for maintaining the gas pressure constant on the injection valve used for filling the respective cylinder. The pressure regulator is composed of a control unit (), a pressure reducer () that is controlled by the control unit (), and a throttle () which connects the gas outlets () of the working chamber () of the control unit () and the pressure reducer (). A piezoelectric actuator () which affects the valve () of an overflow device () makes it possible to specifically modify the gas pressure (P) in the working chamber () of the control unit () and simultaneously influence the position of the valve () of the overflow device () of the pressure reducer (), thus allowing the output pressure (Pout) of the pressure reducer () to be adjusted to a predefined desired value.
