The present invention relates to a polyisocyanate composition comprising a formation component having isocyanate groups, the isocyanate groups having been reacted to an extent of &#x2265;98% with at least one CH-acidic compound, characterized in that the formation component consists to an extent of &#x2265;51% by weight of at least one polyisocyanate based on pentamethylene 1,5-diisocyanate having a content of isocyanurate trimer of &#x2264;60 area %, based on the total weight of the polyisocyanates based on pentamethylene 1,5-diisocyanate, and the remaining proportion up to 100% by weight of the total amount of polyisocyanates present in the formation component consists of at least one aliphatic or cycloaliphatic polyisocyanate.
