A vented output device for uniformly mixed liquid comprising a barrel defining a reservoir for containing the uniformly mixed liquid, and at least one vent channel extending from a first vent opening in fluid flow communication with an exterior of the device and second vent opening in fluid flow communication with the reservoir. A binary ink storage assembly includes multiple glass ampoules arranged in pairs, which are placed inside the barrel in parallel. The invention provides a reliable, simple and low-cost output device for solving the problem of not allowing the liquid to be uniformly mixed and output when a chemiluminescent marker or pen is activated.

The present invention provides writing compositions that are capable of being erased or changed in color chemically. The present invention also provides erasing media for erasing or changing the color of marks produced with the writing compositions, as well as writing systems and incorporating the erasing media and the writing compositions. A moldable eraser kit includes a first silicone polymer, a second silicone polymer, an abrasive agent, a catalyst configured to catalyze a reaction between the first silicone polymer and the second silicone polymer at room temperature, and at least two containers such that the first silicone polymer, the second silicone polymer, and the catalyst are not all present in the same container. Also disclosed herein is a method of making an eraser including the steps of mixing a first silicone polymer, a second silicone polymer, a catalyst, an abrasive agent, and optionally one or more additives to form a mixture, the mixture being free of polyvinyl chloride. The method also includes molding the mixture to form a shape and curing the mixture in the shape at room temperature to form a molded eraser.

The present invention provides moldable compositions that are capable of resisting slumping and cracking when allowed to dry and harden. Embodiments of the moldable composition comprise water, fillers including arrowroot and kaolin clay, at least one polar polymeric resin (e.g., polyvinyl alcohol), at least one thickening agent (e.g., ammonium pentaborate tetrahydrate), one or more pH adjusters (e.g., triethanolamine, sodium bicarbonate), a humectant (e.g., propylene glycol, glycerin), optionally at least one releasing agent (e.g., mineral oil), and optionally at least one additive.

The present invention provides moldable compositions that are capable of drying and hardening if left in open air at room temperature for a period of time. Embodiments of the moldable compositions comprise water, at least one polar polymeric resin (e.g., polyvinyl alcohol), at least one thickening agent (e.g., boric acid, borate salt, or hydrate of a borate salt), at least one humectant (e.g., glycerin, propylene glycol, etc.), at least one filler (e.g., corn starch, tapioca, or arrowroot), optionally at least one releasing agent (e.g., mineral oil) and optionally at least one additive.

Moldable compositions and methods of using the same

The present invention relates to moldable sand compositions, methods for making the moldable sand compositions, and methods for using the moldable sand compositions. In a particular embodiment, the moldable sand composition comprises between about 70% to about 95% sand, between about 5% to about 30% water, a polar polymeric resin, a crosslinking agent, and a humectant. In an exemplary embodiment, the composition contains no oils, waxes, glycols, or rubbers. The composition is capable of becoming hardened over time in order to maintain the achieved shape, and can be re-wetted and molded again after becoming hardened.
