A method for creating electrical contact between a first superconductive strip conductor and a further electrical conductor element, wherein the first superconductive strip conductor is placed in flat contact against a first main surface of a reactive multilayer film in a contact area of the strip conductor, the second main surface, facing away from the first main surface, of the reactive multilayer film is placed in flat contact against the further electrical conductor element, and a permanent electrically conductive connection is formed between the first superconductive strip conductor and the further electrical conductor element by subsequently igniting an exothermic chemical reaction in the multilayer film. An electrical conductor assembly is able to be contacted using such a method.

A method for modifying a program of an industrial automation component, wherein the program includes a plurality of program elements, where the program is structured in units, a unit includes a group of program elements and can include both published program elements having an interface that can be referenced by the program elements of other units and unpublished program elements, and where a checksum is calculated and is assigned to the unit using the interfaces, such that if at least one program element of the version of the unit stored in the engineering system is modified, then the modified checksum is compared with the previous checksum version present in the automation component, and only the modified unit is transferred if the checksums match such that consistency of the program is maintained and the software updateable more quickly.

Method and engineering system for modifying a program of an industrial automation component

A stator for an electric alternating current machine includes a stator winding arranged about a central axis and including conductor windings. The conductor windings are grouped to form electrical phases. The stator winding has winding layers. The conductor windings of a phase each have axially oriented conductor limbs that are connected to one another in two axial end regions in pairs by two winding heads. Individual coils are thus formed for each phase. As viewed in a circumferential direction, the axial conductor limbs of the individual phases follow one another in alternation in a uniform order. The winding heads of a given individual coil extend within a winding layer. A sequence of the axial conductor limbs of the respective phases and the distribution of the individual coils on the individual winding layers are chosen to avoid crossovers within the individual winding layers in the region of the winding heads.

Various embodiments include a rotor for an electric machine comprising: an electric coil arrangement; and a winding carrier mechanically carrying the coil arrangement and at least partially enclosing the coil arrangement on a radially outer side of the coil arrangement. The rotor includes an inner cavity for circulating a fluid coolant such that the coil arrangement comes into contact with the liquid coolant on its radially inner side as the rotor rotates.

Various embodiments may include a drive system for an aircraft comprising: an electrical generator; and an internal combustion engine with a gas expansion turbine. The generator includes a rotor rotating on a rotor shaft. The gas expansion turbine rotates on a turbine shaft. The rotor shaft and the turbine shaft are couplable to transmit torque such that the internal combustion engine can deliver mechanical energy to the generator. A supply air stream impinges at least one component of the generator.

Drive system for an aircraft

The disclosure relates to a system having an electric machine with a superconductive component cooled using a cryogenic liquid, and in particular to the full utilization of the refrigeration power available from vaporization of the cryogenic coolant. The system also has a fuel cell, in which an operating medium may be reacted to provide electrical energy. The coolant is fed in liquid form to the superconductive component to cool the component, utilizing the vaporization enthalpy of the coolant. The coolant is then fed in gaseous form to a further component of the machine to cool the component, utilizing the heating enthalpy of the coolant. The now heated coolant is fed to the fuel cell, which uses the coolant supplied to the fuel cell as an operating medium and reacts it.

The cooling liquid comprises the fuel.

Various embodiments include a stator for an AC electric machine with a number of magnetic poles comprising: a central axis; and a stator winding with a plurality of conductor turns. The individual conductor turns are grouped into a total of n electrical strands. The individual conductor turns of a respective electrical strand define a first conductor branch and a second conductor branch. The first conductor branch and the second conductor branch are arranged helically around the central axis over at least half of their respective lengths. The helically arranged conductor branches each have a pitch greater than a product of an axial length of the helical conductor branches and the number of magnetic poles.

The present disclosure relates to cooling devices. The teachings thereof may be embodied in devices for cooling a rotor, which rotates about an axis, wherein the rotor is supported by a central rotor shaft. For example, in a cooling device, the rotor may be supported by a central rotor shaft and comprise a hollow space in the interior of the rotor shaft for accommodating coolant. It may include a first coolant line extending radially outwardly from the hollow space and an annular first distribution line fluidically connected to the hollow space via the first coolant line.

An electric coil apparatus has at least two subcoils from a superordinate doubly connected tape conductor. The coil apparatus has at least two conductor branches, each of the subcoils being wound from one of these conductor branches respectively. The conductor branches of the superordinate tape conductor have a superordinate first surface and a superordinate second surface facing away from this first surface. In a first subcoil, the first surface of the tape conductor faces a centerpoint of the first subcoil, and in a second subcoil, the second surface of the tape conductor faces a centerpoint of the second subcoil. Furthermore, in a manufacturing method of such a coil apparatus the two conductor branches are routed parallel to each other so as to dorm the subcoils.

A device for cooling a superconducting machine is disclosed, including a storage vessel which receives condensed coolant and from which the coolant can be fed via a pipe to the machine, wherein the storage vessel has a storage region and an evaporator region, which is separated from the former, with a heat source which continuously has a temperature above the boiling point of the coolant. The evaporator region is connected via a curved overflow pipe to the storage region in such a way that, when a defined coolant filling level is reached in the storage region, coolant flows via the overflow pipe automatically into the evaporator region and evaporates there.

Device for cooling a superconducting machine

A rotor form electric machine is provided including a rotor body that rotates about an axis of rotation, the rotor body having a superconducting rotor winding and cooling arrangement provided for cooling the rotor winding having at least one pair of cooling tube loops disposed substantially radially opposite each other on the rotor body, wherein a cryogenic coolant is transported in the axial direction in the coolant tube loops from a first axial rotor end to a second, opposite axial rotor end and back when the rotor rotates about the axis of rotation. One or more connecting tubes are provided in the cooling arrangement and connect one cooling tube loop to the other cooling tube loop of the at least one pair of cooling tube loops.

A super conducting synchronous machine including a rotor which may rotate in relation to a stator and which has at least one super-conducting winding which is cooled by means of a cooling machine is provided. The cooled areas of the rotor are surrounded at least partially by a vacuum chamber rotating with the rotor. A pump line connecting the vacuum chamber to a vacuum pump is provided in a connection area produced by means of at least two rotational seals, fixed in relation to a rotor and defining the vacuum chamber.
