A battery for a motor vehicle has a battery housing including at least one busbar and at least two battery cells arranged in the housing and held by a holder. The busbar electrically conductively connects connection points of at least two of the battery cells. In order to achieve an increased power, heat-conducting paths for cooling are provided by virtue of the busbar and/or the holder being thermally conductively connected to the battery housing by a thermal adhesive.

Battery for a motor vehicle

A method for producing a woven heat exchanger, includes providing a plurality of microchannel tubes for insertion into a weaving apparatus and weaving the plurality of microchannel tubes within a central region of the heat exchanger by the weaving apparatus. The method further includes merging the plurality of woven microchannel tubes within a first and second end region arranged on the central region for producing a first and second end portion having a circular cross-section. The method further includes gluing the plurality of woven and merged microchannel tubes within the first and second end region and shortening the plurality of weaved, merged, and glued microchannel tubes within the first and second end region.

Method for producing a woven heat exchanger

A battery module with a battery cell stack which is formed from a plurality of battery cells, with deformable foam plates which are arranged between in each case adjacent battery cells for the compensation of deformations of the battery cells during their charging and discharging or on account of their aging. A cooling medium is conducted between respective adjacent battery cells in order to cool the battery cells. The cooling medium is a cooling liquid which makes direct contact with the battery cells. A cooling structure for conducting the cooling liquid to the battery cell and along the latter is arranged between the respective battery cell and the foam plate which faces it. The foam plate makes contact with the cooling structure, and the cooling structure making contact with the battery cell.

Battery module

A vehicle has a hybrid drive including an internal combustion engine and at least one electric motor. The hybrid drive has a charging device for generating an air flow. A charge air path guides the air flow from the charging device to the internal combustion engine. A charge air cooler is arranged in the charge air path between the charging device and the internal combustion engine. The hybrid drive has an electric battery for supplying electric power to the at least one electric motor. The effort involved in cooling the battery is reduced if the battery is incorporated into the charge air path between the charge air cooler and the internal combustion engine in such a way that the air flow can flow through and/or around it.

A method for producing a microchannel bundle heat exchanger () includes providing a multiplicity of tubular microchannels (); incorporating the microchannels () in a weaving device; interweaving the tubular microchannels () with a plurality of warp wires () in the weaving device, and generating at least one heat exchanger mat () from the tubular microchannels () which are connected to one another by means of the warp wires (); shaping at least one heat exchanger pack () from the at least one heat exchanger mat (), in particular by folding and/or rolling up the heat exchanger mat (); and adhesively bonding the tubular microchannels () at two mutually opposite end sides () of the heat exchanger pack ().
