A locking device for containers with a container lock housing and with a locking hook. The locking hook has a pivot axis, which is stationary relative to the container lock housing and which can pivot about the locking hook into a standby position and a locking position. An activation mechanism is included for the locking hook, which has a first actuating element and a second actuating element as well as a release mechanism. The first actuating element holds the locking hook in its standby position, while the second actuating element is configured such that it blocks and clamps the locking hook in its locking position. The release mechanism after the releasing acts on the first actuating element and/or on the second actuating element, which automatically brings about the clamping and blocking of the locking hook in its locking position by the second actuating element.

Container lock

A system for braking a trailer being coupled to a pulling vehicle by means of a coupling device, comprising a supply circuit on the pulling vehicle side, and a brake circuit on the trailer side, wherein the brake circuit is removably attached to the supply circuit by means of at least one plug-in coupling. The invention is based on the object of providing a system for braking a trailer, wherein the risk of an uncontrolled vehicle movement, at least of the trailer vehicle, is reduced. The problem is solved according to the invention by means of a system wherein disposed within the brake circuit is a ventilation valve that can be remotely controlled by the pulling vehicle.

Automatic brake

An external line connection for a semitrailer of a semitrailer truck, comprising a frame structure having a skid plate closing off the underside, on which plate a king pin is arranged, and a connector bracket, arranged to be swivelable about the king pin, at least one line section being led out of said bracket and being connectable to a power supply system of the semitrailer. The aim of the invention is to provide a low-wear external line connection from the connector bracket to the semitrailer. For this purpose, the connector bracket of the external line connection acts upon a turntable which is swivelably received on the skid plate. At least one line section is led out from the top of the turntable and rests on both sides of the turntable in subsections, the subsections being maintained under tensile stress via a prestressing device.

External line connection for a semitrailer of a semitrailer truck

A plug-in system for trailer vehicles provided with an automatic coupling system of the supply lines, including a plug () supporting the line contacts () and a socket (). The plug () has guide elements () that actively engage when approaching the guide elements () of the socket (). The centering of a plug system for an automatic coupling system of supply lines on an articulated train is achieved by the guide elements () include a main guide pin () and at least one centering pin () arranged at a distance therefrom. At least the centering pin () and/or the associated guide element () is elastic in the radial direction.

Plug-in system for trailer vehicles

A coupling system for connecting supply lines between a trailer and a tractor vehicle, with a socket which is arranged on the tractor vehicle and a support element, having a plug, which is arranged on the trailer. The invention is based on the problem of providing a robustly operating coupling system in which an automatic connection of all of the provided supply lines is possible. The problem is solved by a coupling system in which the socket is arranged in a positionally fixed manner on the tractor vehicle, the plug is guided in a laterally moveable manner in the support element, and the plug can be placed into a connecting position with the socket by an actuator which is arranged on the tractor vehicle.

Coupling system for connecting supply lines

The invention relates, inter alia, to a connector bracket for a semitrailer of a semitrailer truck. Said connector bracket comprises a support element which can be swiveled about a bearing and a connector arranged inside the support element, the support element having a casing frame with a section that is complementary to an insertion opening of a fifth wheel. The aim of the invention is to provide a connector bracket or a plug-in coupling which is highly reliable even under adverse external conditions. This aim is achieved, inter alia, by the connector bracket according to the invention, wherein the casing frame can be displaced in relation to the connector by contact with the insertion opening, thereby displacing the connector from a closed standby position to an open coupling position.

A connector bracket for a trailer vehicle of a tractor trailer, having a support frame which can swivel on a bearing about a coupling means and a connector arranged stationary on the support frame. A connector bracket on the trailer was needed that lessens the risk of damage to the connector from components of the tractor. A connector bracket is provided in which the connector is at least partly covered by the coupling in the lengthwise axis of the vehicle and a guide ramp is formed in front of the connector and tilting toward the connector at least during the coupling process.

Disclosed is a plug-in coupling system for joining cables between a tractor and a trailer. The invention also relates to the individual components, i.e. the semitrailer coupling and the plug-in connector on which the invention is implemented. The cables between the tractor and the trailer are usually plugged into each other by hand. Automatic systems have not been successful on the market so far. The aim of the invention is therefore to create a plug-in coupling system which allows the supply cables to be connected in a comfortable and operationally safe manner when the trailer is joined to and disconnected from the tractor. Said aim is achieved, among other things, by disposing the socket in a stationary manner below the insertion hole on the semitrailer coupling while arranging the contact points of the plug below the king pin on the plug-in connector.

Plug-in connections

A line magazine for a supply line on a semimounted trailer with a king pin and a wedge connector pivoted on the king pin is described. The underlying problem of the invention was to provide a line magazine which prevents the supply line from hanging down in a mechanically simple way, while on the other hand it provides a constant pretensioning of the supply line. The problem is solved according to the invention with a line magazine that comprises a housing and a drum disk mounted in the housing and able to rotate, while the drum disk is preloaded by a spring element and the supply line engages by its front segment of line with the wedge connector and is led out from the housing by its rear segment of line in fixed manner.

Line magazine

An arrangement of a motor on twin landing gears is described. The landing gears are interconnected via a connecting shaft and can be telescoped by starting up the motor. To minimize damage to the motor and at the same time to ensure cost-effective production, it is provided that the motor with its driveshaft engages with the connecting shaft and is supported on a component that is fixed relative to the motor.

Arrangement of a motor on a support winch

A device is described for indicating the locking state of a fifth wheel coupling and an arrangement of a first and a second sensor. According to the prior art, the first sensor is arranged on the underside of the locking latch and monitors the position of the kingpin in relation to the locking latch. A second sensor that is used is an inductive proximity switch that monitors a safety mechanism against loosening. In practice, this type of positioning of the first sensor has led to damage of the locking latch and the first sensor, while the signals of the second sensor were often false signals. Thus, the object of the invention is to provide a device for indicating the locking state, which maximizes operational availability and minimizes false signals. A further object of the invention is to optimize the arrangement of the first and the second sensor. These objects are attained by arranging the first sensor detecting the kingpin in the area of the locating hole and configuring the second sensor as a magnetically sensitive sensor that interacts with a magnet mounted on the operating lever. The two sensors are based on different mechanisms of action.

Device for indicating the locking state of a fifth wheel coupling and sensor arrangement

A louver vehicle roof has several sliding and tilting louvers (to) provided for optional closure or at least partial exposure of a roof opening (). The louvers lie next to each other in the closed position and form a flat assembly. The louvers are supported and interlinked kinematically so that on exposure and closure of the roof opening () louver after louver is moved. The louvers (to) are linked with few, simple components identical from one louver to the next. Louver guide blocks () are temporarily coupled together during the closing process by stop/stop surface pairs (). During an opening process louver after louver is moved progressively and tilted up, where the louvers not yet in movement are held stationary by locking projections/locking elements ().
