A ratchet strap tensioning mechanism includes a barrel defining an axis of rotation and a body and a handle coupled via the barrel. Each of the body, handle and barrel is independently rotatable about the axis of rotation. At least one ratchet gear wheel is mounted to the barrel at a position between a portion of the body and the handle. A driver rotatably drives the at least one ratchet gear wheel about the axis of rotation and a pawl restricts rotation of the at last one ratchet gear wheel about the axis of rotation. A force indicating device is connected to at least one of the body and the handle. The force indicating device is operable to indicate to a user when a predetermined force is applied to the ratchet strap tensioning mechanism.

A swing arm for a stowable bimini frame associable with a tower structure of watercraft is provided including a body associated with the bimini frame. The body is rotatable relative to the tower structure between a first position and a second position. An engagement mechanism selectively engages the body to retain the body in at least one of the first position and the second position.

A molded pocket of a cover for a transportation vehicle is provided including a body having a complementary upper portion and lower portion configured to define a cavity. A feature of the transportation vehicle is received within the cavity. The lower portion of the body is affixed to the cover. A coupling mechanism is configured to selectively couple at least a part of the upper portion and the lower portion of the body to transform the body between an open position and a closed position.

A hinge having securing features includes a first hinge body portion including a first frame association end and a nesting cavity, the first frame association end and the nesting cavity being disposed at opposite ends of the first hinge body portion, a second hinge body portion defining a second frame association end and a nesting body configured for nesting in the nesting cavity of the first hinge body portion, the second frame association end and the nesting body being disposed at opposite ends of the second hinge body portion, wherein the first hinge body portion and the second hinge body portion are rotatably associated via a pivot point, and at least one securing feature configured for securing the nesting body within the nesting cavity in a manner that prevents rotation of the first body portion relative to the second body portion about the pivot point.

Disclosed is a slide piece for a stowable bimini frame associable with a tower structure of a watercraft, the slide piece including a slide piece body portion, at least one frame association structure extending from the body portion, the at least one frame association structure being configured to slidingly associate the bimini frame with the slide piece body portion, and an affixing surface of the slide piece body portion, the affixing surface being positioned and configured for associating the slide piece body portion with the tower structure of the watercraft.
