A central floating device with a plurality of peripheral connection points and tethers. The tethers may be retractable, and are of sufficient length to allow the users some amount of spacing distance from each other. Each individual user thus maintains a separation from each other so as not to interfere with each other in the pool, lake, or body of water while remaining tethered together. The floating device may further include cup-holders, lights, storage compartments, and an anchor.

Tethered floating device

An apparatus and method are provided for controlling access to a space using an improved locking apparatus. The locking apparatus includes a central member having an actuator, a shaft connected to the actuator, at least one cam attached to the shaft, a control circuit configured to control operations of the locking apparatus, and a lifting member configured to be raised or lowered according to a command position. A method is provided for operating a mounted locking apparatus in a locked or unlocked state.

Locking apparatus, locking member, and method of use

A phototherapy device for applying light from a plurality of low-level light sources, such as LEDs or laser diodes, to male genitalia. The plurality of light sources are located on the interior of a tube, cup or helical band or ribbon, which is then applied to some or all portions of the male genitalia. One or more straps or arms may be used to position the device and hold it in place. A control unit may be wired or wirelessly connected to the device to power and control the frequency and timing of the light therapy application.

Phototherapy device

A curtain holder or claw that gathers and securely holds a curtain or drapery in place. The holder comprises two sides biased to a closed or clamped position. The sides of the holder may comprise extensions to assist in gathering and holding fabric. The holder is independent and free-standing, and can be used at different heights and locations, with no connection or installation to walls or window frames and with no damage to the curtain or drapery fabric. One of more decorative elements may be permanently or removably attached to the holder. Decorative elements can be easily interchanged by a user to provide a plurality of decorative fixtures, elements, figures, logo, or indicia, or combinations thereof. These elements can match the room d&#xe9;cor, or relate to a holiday, kid's themes, movies, animals, sports teams, or other topics or themes.

Independent drapery claw

An improved lunch box assembly including a main housing having a lid portion and a base portion hingedly secured with one another so as to provide access to an opened interior of the improved lunch box assembly. Further, a display panel is included and secured in overlying relation to one exterior wall surface of the main housing so that it defines a pocket therebetween which is visually accessible through a display opening defined in the display panel. Also, a display insert is included and structured to be removably inserted into the pocket between the display panel and the exterior wall surface so that a primary display face thereof is visible through the display opening in the display panel and so that while it is securely maintained within the pocket when in use it can also be easily removed for convenient cleaning or interchanging with a new display insert.
