A vehicle wheel arrangement includes a wheel with a wheel hub and a carrier element for mounting the wheel on a vehicle part and/or for arrangement of a power-transmitting unit. In a joined state of the vehicle wheel arrangement a joining portion of the wheel hub corresponds with a joining portion of the carrier element. In the joined state of the vehicle wheel arrangement, the wheel hub and the carrier element are connected to one another in form-fitting fashion at least in a circumferential direction of a wheel hub axis. The wheel hub includes, in a region of the joining portion, one or more fiber plies with fibers arranged unidirectionally in the circumferential direction of the wheel hub axis. Furthermore, a method can be used to produce a vehicle wheel arrangement having a wheel hub made of fiber-reinforced composite and a carrier element.

Vehicle wheel arrangement and method for producing a vehicle wheel arrangement

The invention relates to a wheel, especially for motor vehicles, comprising a wheel rim and a wheel disc, the wheel rim having a rim base made of fiber composite material. The invention is characterized in that the wheel disc () can be indirectly connected to the wheel rim (), in particular the rim base (), by means of a connecting element () which is designed and associated with the rim base () in such a way that the connected wheel disc () is not in contact with the rim base ().

A wheel for a vehicle, in particular a motorcycle or a motor scooter includes a hub region which has at least some portions made of a fiber-reinforced plastic material. The hub region includes a recess in which an insert for connecting the wheel to a vehicle axle is placed. An isolation element which galvanically isolates the insert from the hub region is arranged between the hub region and the insert.

A vehicle wheel comprising a wheel rim with a rim base made from fiber composite material and a wheel disc. The wheel disc is connected to the wheel rim by a connecting element which is guided through a passage of the rim base and is received in the wheel disc. The wheel rim comprises a connecting arrangement with at least one connecting element and a seal element which covers in a complete and hollow manner a part of one or more adjacent connecting arrangements that extends across the rim outer side of the rim base. A circumferential edge of the seal element is glued in air-tight manner to the rim well. Alternatively, the wheel rim comprises a connecting arrangement with a connecting element and a flexible sealing layer made from plastic and completely covers, by coating, a part of the connecting arrangement which extends over the rim outer side of the rim base. An edge region of the flexible seal layer is connected in an air-tight manner to the rim base.

Disclosed is a vehicle wheel having a wheel rim and a wheel disc connected to an inner side of the wheel rim. The wheel disc is connected to the wheel rim by a connecting element which is guided through a through-hole of the rim base and inserted in the wheel disc. The through-hole is arranged in the tire seat of the rim base and the connecting element is joined substantially in the direction of the radial extension of the wheel disc which is associated to the tire seat on the inner side of the rim. In the method for producing the wheel the connection between wheel rim and wheel disc is produced in the region of the tire seat of the rim base, and, after the insertion of the connecting element into the wheel disc, a portion of the connecting element protruding the contour of the outer side of the rim of the tire seat is shaped so that the connecting element conforms to the contour of the outer side of the rim of the tire seat.

The invention relates to a device for producing a component made from a fiber composite material from a semi-finished fibrous product by means of a multi-part molding and infiltration tool with tool parts, the molding functional surfaces thereof forming, when the tool is closed, a cavity that defines the component. The device is characterized in that the tool () has a sealing frame () which is designed as a hollow body and in which the semi-finished fibrous product () can be arranged, and the tool parts () are configured and can be associated with the sealing frame () such that, when the tool () is closed, the tool parts () are connected tightly to the sealing frame ().

The invention relates to a vehicle wheel comprising a wheel rim, a wheel disc and at least one connecting element that connects the wheel disc and the wheel rim, wherein the connecting element is guided through a through-hole of the wheel rim and is joined in a joining channel of the wheel disc. According to the invention, an elongated sleeve () is provided that surrounds the connecting element () coaxially, which sleeve is designed and arranged in such a way that at least part of said sleeve interlockingly extends into a corresponding recess () of the wheel rim () and into a corresponding recess () of the wheel disc ().

The invention relates to a method for producing a wheel rim having a rim base of a fiber composite material. The problem to be solved by the invention is that of improving the production of the wheel rim, and especially to ensure a reliably functioning wheel structure which can be achieved with little financial and technical outlay. The problem is solved in that during the production of the rim base () a connection element () is joined to the rim base (), said connection element () being designed and arranged in such a way that a wheel disc () can be connected to said connection element ().

Disclosed is a method for producing a vehicle wheel with a connection between a wheel rim and a wheel disc in which the wheel disc is connected to the wheel rim by means of at least one connecting element that is guided through a through-hole of the rim base and is joined in the wheel disc. A mold system for a resin transfer molding process is presented, in which a cavity of a workpiece () to be produced is fully enclosed circumferentially by a multi-part shaping mold (). The shaping mold () is enclosed in a sealed manner by an outer, two or more part enveloping mold (). A method for consolidating a fiber composite component with this mold system and a method for producing a fiber composite component on the basis of the RTM process is provided, in which the intermediate space between a shaping mold () and a surrounding enveloping mold () is filled with resin during the resin injection. Mold system and process for producing components by the RTM process

A wheel includes a rim having a rim base and a two-part wheel spider. The wheel spider includes two molded parts. The first molded part forms the spokes having an open cross-section and is joined to the second molded part. The spokes of the first molded part are completely or partially closed along the profile length by the second molded part. The wheel spider is preferably integrated in the rim in an interlocking manner. The rim and the two-part wheel spider can consist of metal, but in particular preferably of composite fiber material.
