The inventive coil comprises a coil body ( ) on which an exciter winding ( ) is arranged. A peripheral insulation winding ( ) consisting of an insulating fiber is formed over the exciter winding, the individual windings of the insulating winding being bonded to each other in order to form a continuous insulation layer. The insulation winding can be made up of a mineral fiber impregnated with duromer resin or a thermoplastic fiber which has been melted on by subsequent heat treatment.

Electromagnetic relay

A polarized magnetic relay has a base body, an armature, an envelope that encompasses insulating material, a coil, a core and a bar-shaped permanent magnet. The base plane is defined by the bottom side of a base body. The armature is arranged between two contact springs that lie parallel to each other in a common plane. Two transverse terminal webs, which have their sheet metal plane extending parallel to the base plane, extend out of the envelope in the area of the rotational axis of the armature and these terminal webs are respectively connected with a fastening tab that has its sheet metal plane extending perpendicular to the base plane. The contact springs exhibit two spring arms and a connecting web, respectively, which has its sheet metal plane extending perpendicular to the base plane. The spring arms exhibit a contact making part and a part that is embedded in the envelope. The part that is embedded in the envelope emerges into the connecting web.

Polarized electromagnetic relay

An electromagnetic relay has a magnet system, a base, a movable contact element, stationary contact elements and contact terminal elements. The base is formed by a printed circuit board arrangement. A first printed circuit board of the printed circuit board arrangement thereby faces toward the magnet system, and a second printed circuit board of the printed circuit board arrangement forms a bottom side of the relay. Each of the two printed circuit boards has interconnects. The movable contact element is actuated by an armature and is arranged between the two printed circuit boards. An actuation element that transmits the movement of the armature onto the movable contact element has a pin-shaped end section projecting through a recess in the first printed circuit board. The contact terminal elements are pin-shaped and project through congruent recesses in the two printed circuit boards.

A polarized electromagnetic relay has a base body, an armature, an envelope that comprises insulating material, a coil, a core and a bar-shaped magnet. The base plane is defined by a bottom side of the base body. The armature is arranged between two contact springs that lie parallel to each other in a common plane. Two transverse terminal webs, which have their sheet metal plane extending perpendicular to the base plane, extend out of the envelope in the area of the rotational axis of the armature. The terminal webs are respectively connected with fastening tabs that have a sheet metal plane extending perpendicular to the base plane. The contact springs exhibit two spring arms and a connecting web, respectively, which has its sheet metal plane extending perpendicular to the base plane. The spring arms exhibit a contact making part and a part that is embedded in the envelope, respectively. The part that is embedded in the envelope merges into the connecting web.

Method and device for contacting the winding wire of a coil

The relay includes a coil assembly enclosed in a top enclosure made from insulating material. The coil assembly includes a spooled coil body, a core, pole shoes and winding terminal elements assembly and is disposed above a pivoting armature which is connected to contact springs via a carrier element of insulating material. The relay also includes a base made from insulating material and which contains terminal paths for stationary cooperating contact elements as well as contact terminal elements. The armature is disposed above the base via bearing supports and bearing bands integrated in the contact springs. A frame is disposed over the base and forms a housing for the relay together with the base and with the top enclosure. The housing encapsulates the contact space of the relay, wherein the frame with the base represents the lower housing part and the top enclosure for the coil assembly represents the upper housing part.

Printed circuit board relay having push-in connections

Electromagnetic, monostable, small relay has a rocker armature arranged between a base plate and a coil, the armature being mounted with its middle segment at the end of an L-shaped yoke, and forming a working air gap with a second yoke. Contact springs are connected with the armature, which work together with fixed contacts anchored in the base. A resetting spring is connected with the armature and prestresses the armature into a rest position on the first yoke. For stabilization of the construction, and for separation between a contact chamber and a coil chamber, a base body is provided with an H-shaped cross-section, which overlaps the base plate in an interleaving manner, and which forms supports for the terminal pins of the base plate on both sides of the armature. In this way, a monostable relay is created, which can have any of conventional soldering pin terminals, SMT terminals, or press-fit terminals.

Electromagnetic monostable small relay

The relay has a rocker armature (3) arranged between a base (1) and a coil (7), which is drawn respectively into one of two switching positions by a permanent magnet (55). Contact springs (34) that work together with the fixed contacts (14) anchored in the base are connected with the permanent magnet. For the stabilization of the construction and for the division between a contact chamber (4) and a coil chamber (6), a main body, preferably with an H-shaped cross-section, is provided, which overlaps the base (1) in the manner of a box, and which comprises projections (57) on both sides of the armature, on which terminal pins of the base can be supported. Through the injection of sealing compound into the coil chamber (6), the construction obtains a high stability. In this way, with one and the same construction, conventional solder pin terminals, SMT terminals and press-fit terminals can be used. The stable main body can transmit high mechanical pressure forces to the press-fit terminal pins supported on it, or can also ensure stability against heat influences during SMT connections.

A printed circuit board that is formed as a shaped part of plastic. Interconnects formed of punched leadframes are embedded into this printed circuit board in one or more planes. Moreover, flat plugs are integrally formed by the leadframes. Components, particularly relays, are preferably welded to bent-off tabs of the leadframes.

Pluggable assembly, particularly a relay module for motor vehicles

An electromagnetic relay includes a coil member having flanges and an angular yoke and a flat armature seated in front of a free end of the yoke. A terminal angle is secured to a leg of the yoke and serves for bearing the armature and for connection of a contact spring connected to the armature. During assembly, the armature assembly composed of the armature, the terminal angle and the leaf spring is preassembled and joined to the coil assembly. Afterwards, the entire magnetic system assembly is placed into a pedestal assembly which includes terminal elements and plug shafts for the coil terminals as well as cooperating contact elements. The plug shafts in the pedestal can be optionally equipped with different cooperating contact elements.
