A solenoid valve includes a magnet assembly and a valve cartridge having an armature guided movably inside a capsule, a valve insert, a slide which is guided movably inside the valve insert and has a closing element and a sealing element, and a valve body with a valve seat. A main valve includes the sealing element and the valve seat. The slide is formed in two parts with the sealing element as the first part and the closing element as the second part. When the valve is not energized, the valve is open, and when the valve is energized, the sealing element seals in the valve seat. The sealing element and the closing element are made of different materials, and the material of the sealing element allows a partial elasticity of the slide while the material of the closing element allows a partial stiffness of the slide.

Solenoid valve with slide formed in two parts

A solenoid valve, in particular for controlling a brake pressure of a wheel brake of a motor vehicle, includes a pole core, an axially moveably mounted armature, a valve element, a closure element, a plunger, and a pressure spring. One end of the armature is associated with the pole core. The valve sealing element is arranged at another end of the armature. The armature has an axial through-opening. The closure element is force-lockingly and/or interlockingly retained in the axial through-opening in a selectable position. The plunger is axially moveably mounted in the axial through-opening, which provides a connection to the pole core in an installation position. The pressure spring is positioned in the axial through-opening and is retained in a pretensioned manner between the plunger and the closure element. The closure element is designed as a three-dimensionally convex element.

Solenoid valve having adjustable spring force

A valve for controlling fluids, in particular hydraulic fluid, includes a first connector opening and a second connector opening, a preliminary stage with a first valve seat and a first displaceable closing body, and a main stage with a second valve seat and a second displaceable closing body. The first valve seat is assigned to a through opening of the second closing body. A filtering gap is formed in a flow path from the first connector opening to the preliminary stage by way of a constriction of the flow path.

Two-stage solenoid valve

A hydraulic device of a vehicle braking system includes a storage reservoir configured to store brake fluid. The hydraulic device further includes a pump with a suction side configured to set a brake fluid pressure in at least one associated wheel brake. The hydraulic device also includes a line connection interposed between the storage reservoir and the suction side of the pump. In addition, the hydraulic device includes a high-pressure switching valve arranged in the line connection. The high-pressure switching valve is configured to possess an opening pressure of less than 1 bar. Further, the hydraulic device includes at least one brake circuit, and the at least one brake circuit includes the pump, the line connection, and the high-pressure switching valve.

The disclosure relates to a fluidically controlled pressure switching valve for a vehicle brake system including a valve chamber, which is arranged in a valve interior and into which an inlet opening and an outlet opening open, and a valve closing body, which is movable in the valve interior and which comprises a piston, defining a first piston surface and a second piston surface, and including a closing element. The valve closing body is movable in accordance with a pressure difference between a pressure acting on the first piston surface and a pressure acting on the second piston surface, against the force of a setting spring arranged in the valve interior, between a closed position, in which a fluid connection between the inlet opening and the outlet opening is interrupted, and an open position, in which the fluid connection between the inlet opening and the outlet opening is open.

Fluidically controlled pressure switching valve for a vehicle brake system and vehicle brake system

A magnet valve has a core sleeve in which a valve element is longitudinally movably arranged and has at least one housing sleeve overlaying the core sleeve which is connected to the core sleeve by welding from the outside. The weld is designed via a circumferential section or a plurality of circumferential sections of the housing sleeve forming at least one weld-free zone. A method for welding such a core sleeve of a magnet valve to the housing sleeve is also disclosed. The weld is made via a circumferential section or a plurality of circumferential sections of the housing sleeve, leaving at least one weld-free zone.

A valve insert for a valve cartridge of a solenoid valve, wherein the valve insert is produced as a one-piece, slotted sleeve from a sheet metal strip and has at least one radial bore as an inlet and/or drain opening of a fluid flow and to a corresponding valve cartridge or to a solenoid valve having such a valve insert and to a method for producing a valve insert. The at least one radial bore is designed having a trumpet-shaped geometry in order to specifically influence the flow characteristics of the fluid flow.
