An arrangement for an electronic device is disclosed. A plurality of electrically conductive pins is positioned in respective vias of the circuit carrier, the pins extend from a first face of the circuit carrier to a contact end in order to electrically contact one or more components. The arrangement is equipped with an electrically insulating layer on a circuit carrier face, which is the first or a second face, in the region of the pin, the insulating layer having a prefabricated element which is positioned on the face of the circuit carrier. A portion of each pin, the portion being arranged adjacently to the respective via on the face, is surrounded by the material of the insulating layer in a continuously lateral manner.

Arrangement with circuit carrier for an electronic device

An electronic, optoelectronic or electric arrangement contains a circuit carrier having a metallic heat conductor, and a component, which is embedded, inserted or formed in the circuit carrier. The component has at least one electric, electronic or optoelectronic construction element and a rewiring layer, which contains a metallic heat conducting path. A metallic-thermal connection of the rewiring layer and the metallic heat conducting layer of the circuit carrier is provided by the heat conducting path.

Electronic, optoelectronic, or electric arrangement

A releasable electrical contact connection is formed between a first plug part and a complementary second plug part. The first plug part has an electrically conductive screw bolt on which a cable end can be mechanically and electrically connected by a threaded nut, the cable end and the threaded nut being part of the second plug connector. The cable end and the threaded nut are disposed in an insulating plug housing of the second plug part and are held movably in the direction of a longitudinal axis of the screw bolt in the plug housing, in order to establish or release the electrical and mechanical connection. The threaded nut can be rotated from outside the plug housing. The plug housing is surrounded by an insulating housing wall of the first plug part.

The solder resist coating has one or more movement gaps in the flex area of the circuit board. In addition, an electronic module is formed having at least one rigid-flex circuit board with a solder resist coating.

The invention relates to a combined fastening and contacting system for electrical components on superimposed circuit boards in an electronic housing, especially for the automobile sector, as well as a method for fastening and contacting electrical components. The novel fastening and contacting system has two parts, one of which is embodied as a holding frame for electrical components while the other part is configured as a pressing frame for fixing the holding frame. There is formed a combined fastening and contacting system for electrical components on superimposed circuit boards, which makes it possible to replace faulty electrical components in a simple fashion while allowing superimposed circuit boards to be electrically contacted in a safe manner. The system is particularly suitable for the automobile sector.
