Aspects of the disclosure provide for a method implemented by a computing device executing an artificial intelligence electronic assistant application. In some examples, the method includes searching a local area network for smart home devices to determine an identifier associated with a smart home device, provisioning the smart home device to an ecosystem of devices that is managed by the computing device, and automatically arbitrating communication of the smart home device based on the provisioning.

A method of communicating using a wireless gateway. The method comprises receiving a first message in a first radio spectrum band by a first radio transceiver of a wireless gateway, determining by a first processor of the wireless gateway that the first message is a trusted message transmitted by a first source device, transmitting the first message by the first radio transceiver in the first radio spectrum, receiving a second message in a second radio spectrum band by a second radio transceiver of the wireless gateway, determining by the first processor that the second message is a trusted message transmitted by a second source device, and transmitting a third message by the second radio transceiver in the second radio spectrum band to the second source device, wherein the third message directs the second source device to transmit the second message to the wireless gateway in the first radio spectrum band.

In some examples, a method is disclosed. The method includes detecting, by a smart device, an audible utterance of a trigger word. The method also includes, responsive to the detection of the audible utterance of the trigger word, recording audio via the smart device. The method also includes processing, via the smart device, the recorded audio to determine whether the recorded audio contains a command for the smart device or a different smart device to perform an action. The method also includes, responsive to determining that the recorded audio includes a command for the smart device or a different smart device to perform the action, determining whether the command is serviceable by the smart device without involvement of the different smart device. The method also includes, responsive to determining whether the command is serviceable by the smart device without involvement of the different smart device, taking action regarding the command.

A method of a wireless private gateway securely obtaining a communication link to another wireless private gateway is provided. The method comprises transmitting a request for a first partial identifier of a relay wireless private gateway by an application executing on a first wireless private gateway to a second wireless private gateway, receiving the first partial identifier, transmitting a request for a second partial identifier of the relay wireless private gateway to a third wireless private gateway, receiving the second partial identifier, concatenating the first partial identifier and the second partial identifier to form a complete identifier of the relay wireless private gateway by the application, and transmitting a request to establish a communication link with the relay wireless private gateway by the application to the relay wireless private gateway, wherein the request to establish the communication link comprises the complete identifier of the relay wireless private gateway.

Smart device network provisioning

A mechanism of authenticating a communication device onto a radio access network via a private wireless gateway is described. This includes communicating with a communication device via a first wireless interface authentication information, a preferred roaming list (PRL), and an initial access value are obtained from the communication device. A first expected access value is determined based on rolling code data and a secret function. The PRL is authenticated when the first expected access value matches the initial access value. The communication device is proxied onto a radio access network via a second wireless interface. The proxying includes providing the authentication information and the PRL to a cell site attached to the radio access network.

Network profile anti-spoofing on wireless gateways

Aspects of the disclosure provide for a method implemented by a computing device in a network. In some examples, the method includes scanning to identify communication channels available in a same location as the computing device. The method also includes determining characteristics of the identified communication channels and determining characteristics associated with smart home devices in the same location as the computing device. The computing device functions as a communication hub that manages and controls incoming and outgoing communication on at least some of the identified communication channels by at least some of the smart home devices. The method also includes controlling the smart home devices to distribute network connections of the smart home devices among the identified communication channels based on the determined characteristics of the identified communication channels and the determined characteristics associated with the smart home devices in the same location as the computing device.

A message archival and retrieval system is disclosed comprising a telecommunications service provider server that receives a request for messages associated with a party from a government agency server and transmits a grey list to one or more private gateways. The system also comprises a private gateway configured to couple a plurality of user equipment (UE) to a radio access network that receives the grey list from the telecommunications service provider server, identifies data messages associated with the party from one or more of the plurality of UE based on identifying information included in the grey list, continues transmission of the identified data messages to one or more intended endpoints, and stores the identified data messages and corresponding metadata in one or more block chains in a message data store. The one or more block chains are transmitted to the government agency server in response to the request for messages.

A mechanism of mediating an encrypted communication channel via a user equipment (UE) relay is described. This includes receiving an indication of a sensitive transaction from an application operating on a UE. The UE relay establishes a downstream encrypted communication channel to the application via a communication port at the UE. The UE relay then receives an end point for the sensitive transaction from the application over the downstream encrypted communication channel. The UE relay can then create an upstream encrypted communication channel to the end point.

A wireless communication system serves wireless data services to User Equipment (UEs). In the wireless communication system, wireless data relays wirelessly transfer service information over access data networks to Distributed Ledger Technology (DLT) nodes. The DLT nodes receive the service information over the access data networks from the wireless data relays. The DLT nodes execute DLT transactions with the service data to generate service instructions. The DLT nodes transfer the service instructions over the access data networks to the wireless data relays. The wireless data relays wirelessly receive the service instructions over the access data networks from the DLT nodes. The wireless data relays wirelessly exchange user data between the UEs and the access data networks to deliver the wireless data services responsive to the service instructions from the DLT nodes.

Examples disclosed herein provide systems, methods, and software for initiating communication for a secured application. In one example, a method for initiating communication on a wireless communication device includes identifying a communication request for a secured application and selecting one or more radio transceivers for the communication request. The method further provides initializing the one or more radio transceivers to search for availability data based on an open operating system command and identifying an appropriate transceiver based on the availability data. The method further includes initializing a communication for the secured application using the appropriate transceiver.
