An electrical connector assembly includes a connector body having a connector longitudinal axis. A wing portion integrally connected to the connector body has an aperture with an aperture longitudinal axis oriented parallel to the connector longitudinal axis. A pin is fixed in the wing portion aperture having a pin portion extending away from the wing portion such that a pin longitudinal axis is oriented parallel to the connector longitudinal axis. A threaded connection portion axially extends from the connector body co-axial to the connector longitudinal axis. A panel nut is threaded onto the threaded connection portion to retain a panel between the panel nut and the connector body with the threaded connection portion extending through a panel aperture. The pin is received in a panel bore in an installed condition preventing connector assembly axial rotation with respect to the connector longitudinal axis when torque is applied to the panel nut.

A pass-through adapter includes an adapter body having at least two connector pin interfaces, with one configured for coupling to an external device such as a communications device. Each connector pin interface includes a plurality of connector pins, including a plurality of pass-through connector pins operative with each other for in-line, pass-through signaling when the pass-through adapter is coupled to the external device. A crypto ignition key (CIK) circuit is contained within the adapter body and connected to at least one of the connector pins to provide a secure mode of operation for the external device.

A battery holder assembly () includes a cavity structure (CS), a screw plate (SP), a spring electrical contact (SEC), an insulator cup (IC), and a pin (). CS () defines a cavity () in a chassis panel (CP) of an electronic device (ED). SP () snugly fits within an opening in CP (). SP has a base () forming a cover for enclosing the cavity. SP forms a connection with CS and a first terminal of a battery (), when battery is positioned in the cavity and SP is fitted within the opening. SEC () provides a connection between battery and SP. IC () snugly receives battery therein. IC fits within the cavity and electrically insulates a second terminal of battery from CS. A battery contact (BC) is disposed on IC. BC () provides a connection to the second terminal. Pin forms a connection between BC and ED.

Battery packaging system

A submersible loudspeaker assembly is provided. The loudspeaker assembly includes: a housing; a loudspeaker enclosed within the housing; an external diaphragm disposed adjacent to the loudspeaker. The external diaphragm is acoustically transparent when subject to ambient air pressure, but configured to flex towards the loudspeaker when submerged in water.

Submersible loudspeaker assembly

A watertight connector assembly includes a flat, flexible electrical cable completely encased in an elastomer coating, except at predetermined access openings configured to provide access to the cable. The access openings are defined by O-ring type seals formed in the coating on the surfaces of the cable near each end of the cable. Strain reliefs are positioned within the O-ring type seals. Electrical connectors are positioned within the access openings and configured to provide electrical coupling to the cable and to an external device. Compression pads are positioned adjacent the cable opposite the side of the cable having the electrical connector positioned adjacent thereto. This connector assembly is capable of withstanding harsh environments in compliance with environmental and vibration military specifications.
