Improvements in method of simultaneous hydrogen production and emission control is disclosed as a device that is configured for hydrogen generation methods for auto, truck, and stationary engine use. This apparatus and method may be applied to any single or multi cylinder, rotary engine applications including but not limited to two-stroke, four stroke or multi-cycle and gasoline, diesel, turbine, air compressor and alternative dual fuel or hybrid applications.

Method and apparatus for validating data images

Systems, apparatus, methods, and techniques of assembly of discrete modules of a control panel are disclosed. The modules can be independently wired, tested, and installed into a control panel. Module definitions are defined specifying components to perform the electrical function, a mechanical arrangement of the components, electrical connections, and logical interactions of the module. In certain embodiments, a container comprises a cylindrical fabric piece having first and second ends, a top cylindrical band attached to the fabric piece at or near the first end, and a bottom cylindrical band attached to the fabric piece at or near the second end. A hydrometer unit permanently connected in an engine coolant line enables an immediate visual check on the adequacy of the anti-freeze constituent, such as ethylene glycol, in the system. The hydrometer includes a coolant receiving chamber having a transparent viewing portion and a number of variously colored float elements within the chamber provide an accurate indication of anti-freeze strength based on specific gravity. No manipulation of the hydrometer is required to enable a checking of the strength or weakness of the anti-freeze.
