A fall sensor coupled to a necklace to detect a fall of a user is provided. The fall sensor includes a first sensing device, a second sensing device, a wireless module and a controller. The first sensing device is coupled to the necklace to detect a tension force of the necklace. The controller is coupled to the first sensing device, the second sensing device and the wireless module. When the first sensing device detects the tension force is changed, the controller activates the second sensing device to confirm whether the user is falling down, and when the user is determined to be fallen down, and the controller outputs an emergency message via the wireless module.

Fall sensor

A wearable electronic device is provided, including a main body, a flexible member, a connecting member, and a first hinge. The connecting member is connected to the flexible member and has a hook portion. The first hinge is disposed on the main body and detachably engaged with the hook portion, such that the connecting member is pivotally connected to the main body.

A method for fabricating a dielectric layer provides for use of a carbon source material separate from a halogen source material when forming a carbon and halogen doped silicate glass dielectric layer. The use of separate carbon and halogen source materials provides enhanced process latitude when forming the carbon and halogen doped silicate glass dielectric layer. Such a carbon and halogen doped silicate glass dielectric layer having a dielectric constant greater than about 3.0 is particularly useful as an intrinsic planarizing stop layer within a damascene method. A bilayer dielectric layer construction comprising a carbon and halogen doped silicate glass and a carbon doped silicate glass dielectric layer absent halogen doping is useful within a dual damascene method.

In the method for manufacturing a non-sintered quartz ware the quartz and clay are comminuted and fully mixed to make a batch of raw materials. The batch is then added with an effective amount of ore coagulant of which the composition comprises 2CaO.SiO.sub.2, 3CaO.SiO.sub.2 and 3CaO.Al.sub.2 O.sub.3, subsequently, the above components are blended with water and then molded into the desired shape by extrusion pressing. The molded product is then dried under slightly higher than the ambient temperature instead of firing which results in less mechanical strength of the conventional fired ceramic ware.
