The present invention provides a method of treating a tau-mediated cognitive or neurodegenerative disease, comprising administering to a patient in need of such treatment an effective amount of an anti-Tau antibody and an effective amount of an OGA inhibitor.

Combination therapy

The invention is directed to a short term induction treatment with anti-N3pGlu A&#x3b2; antibodies of a disease characterized by deposition of A&#x3b2; in the brain, that include Alzheimer's disease (AD), Down's syndrome, and cerebral amyloid angiopathy (CAA). In certain embodiments, patients are administered an induction dose of 10 to 60 mg/kg of an anti-N3pGlu A&#x3b2; antibody for a period of 6 months or less.

Anti-N3pGlu amyloid beta peptide antibodies and uses thereof

A method of treating a cognitive or neurodegenerative disease, comprising administering to a patient in need of such treatment an effective amount of an anti-N3pGlu Abeta antibody, an anti-Abeta antibody, or an antibody fragment that binds Amyloid beta and is covalently attached to a polyethylene glycol molecule, in combination with an effective amount of an anti-Tau antibody.
