An implant is provided for performing spinal fusion. The implant includes an implant body having a leading side and a trailing side at opposing ends along a longitudinal axis. Between the leading side and trailing side are an upper surface, a lower surface, an anterior side, and a posterior side. At least one keel structure is provided extending from the implant body for penetration into an adjacent vertebral body. A trial sizer and keel cutter may be utilized to form keel channels within the vertebral body to receive the keel structure.

Implants and methods for spinal fusion

An extremity stabilization apparatus and methods for supporting and immobilizing an extremity during venous access. One example of an apparatus includes a cuff having a top surface structured for receiving a limb of a patient, the cuff having a front end and a back end. The surface of the cuff may be c-shaped such that the cuff partially surrounds the extremity received in the cuff. The apparatus further includes a handle having a grip for receiving the hand of a patient, the grip arranged offset from the front end of the cuff, and an assembly coupled to the cuff, the assembly movable between at least a first position and a second position to change the position of the top surface of the cuff, each of the first position and second positions corresponding to a different angle of the top surface of the cuff.

Extremity stabilization apparatus

A rotational connector insertable into a surgical incision onto a top of a pedicle screw in a first orientation and rotated into a second orientation to engage a primary fusion rod. The rotational connector may include a revision rod coupled to one end thereof.

Implantable connector

A surgical access system including a tissue distraction assembly and a tissue retraction assembly, both of which may be equipped with one or more electrodes for use in detecting the existence of (and optionally the distance and/or direction to) neural structures before, during, and after the establishment of an operative corridor to a surgical target site. The tissue retraction assembly has a plurality of blades which may be introduced while in a closed configuration, after which point they may be opened to create an operation corridor to the surgical target site, including pivoting at least one blade to expand the operative corridor adjacent to the operative site.
