A system and method relate to identifying a first color associated with a document, and versions of data to be added to the document are associated with, respectively, a plurality of second colors. The first color and the plurality of second colors are compared to form comparison results, and a particular version of the added content is selected from the plurality of versions of the data based on the comparison results. A modified document that includes the particular version of the data is formed and provided to the client device.

Automatic color selection

A method includes receiving, from a user device associated with an end user, a request for content provided by a content provider. The method includes determining whether the requested content is to be provided on a data toll network, determining whether the requested content includes data toll free content in response to a determination that the requested content is to be provided on the data toll network, and applying graphic elements indicating data toll free status of data toll free sections of the requested content in response to a determination that the requested content includes data toll free content. The method further includes providing the requested content including the applied graphic elements to the user device, and billing data usage associated with providing the data toll free sections to the end user device to the content provider.

Data toll subsidy management

Per one embodiment, apparatus may be provided that include a communications portal and a back-end system. The communications portal includes a provider interface accessible by providers and a target user interface accessible by target users. The back-end system may include an deployment management. The provider interface is configured to present graphical user interface tools representing offering options. The graphical user interface tools are presented on a remote provider data access point device display remote from the provisioning portal while the remote provider data access point device is authenticated for a given provider. The offering options include 'provider selectable assets' screen inputs configured to receive asset selections from the given provider, and 'asset location and identifying data' screen inputs configured to receive data locating and identifying assets selected by the given provider.
