A method is for calibrating a pivot angle sensor of a hydraulic machine of a propulsion or working machine. A control device is configured to operationally control the hydraulic machine. The control device is also configured to process a sensor signal from the pivot angle sensor. The pivot angle sensor is calibrated, preferably in an automated manner, via the control device.

A hydrostatic traction drive has a steering function, which is implemented via two laterally acting secondary units (traction motors), which are supplied by a common primary unit (pump) in the open circuit. The primary unit is pressure-controlled. The two secondary units are torque-controlled. The affected vehicle is steerable as a function of a steering command by different torque specifications for the two secondary units. Furthermore, a hydrostatic drive for a mobile work machine has working hydraulics in addition to the traction drive. The working hydraulics are also supplied by the primary unit in parallel to the two secondary units.

A hydraulic pressurizing medium supply assembly has an adjustable axial piston machine. An actuating cylinder is controlled by way of a pilot valve. The pilot valve is actuated by a control installation. The control installation, as input variables, has an actual pressure and/or an actual swivel angle of the adjustable axial piston machine. One or a plurality of the input variables are compared with a matching nominal value and a control value is emitted, or in each case a control value is emitted. The controlling of the input variables is part of a first closed-loop control circuit. An underlying second closed-loop control circuit has an input variable which is based on the control variable or the control variables and serves as a nominal variable. A further input variable of the second closed-loop control circuit is an actual delivery-volume adjustment rate of the axial piston machine.

Hydraulic pressurizing medium supply assembly for a mobile work machine, and method

A hydraulic pressurizing medium supply assembly having a hydro machine for supplying pressurizing medium of at least one hydraulic consumer, includes a hydraulic control block for controlling the at least one consumer, a first control module, and a second control module. The control block, by way of the first control module, is able to be controlled by at least one actuating signal. A data interface is included between the control modules. The first control module, by way of the data interface, as a further actuating signal transfers to the second control module as input variable/variables a nominal outlet pressure for the hydro machine and/or a nominal delivery volume for the hydro machine. The second control module by way of the nominal outlet pressure and/or by way of the nominal delivery volume controls an adjusting mechanism of the hydro machine by way of a valve actuating signal.

Hydraulic pressurizing medium supply assembly, method, and mobile work machine

A hydrostatic drive system includes an anti-slip control unit having a hydraulic pump which supplies a plurality of hydraulic motors of a plurality of axles with pressure medium. Based on a detected slip, a control device switches over between a two-wheel and a multiple-wheel drive and controls the driving torque. Optimal distribution of driving torque and traction between the axles or wheels of the drive system is set in the drive system. A method for anti-slip control of a hydrostatic drive system includes reacting to a slip situation by activating a hydraulic motor for axles or wheels which until then were not driven, or driven only with low driving torque or by increasing the driving torque of wheels which until then did not slip. The capacity of the hydraulic motor of the axles or wheels is raised to enable the activation/increase.
