Disclosed are various embodiments for software library versioning with intelligent caching based on signatures. In one embodiment, a library is requested in response to a first dependency in a first network resource. The library is then received together with a signature that identifies a version of the library. The library is stored in a local cache on a client computing device that is indexed by library signatures. It is determined that a second network resource has a second dependency on the library. The library is loaded from the local cache in response to the second dependency specifying the library having the same signature.

Disclosed are various embodiments for streaming of executable code to clients. A bundle of executable code to be executed in a client device is identified. A plurality of segments of the bundle of executable code are requested from a server via a network. Individual segments are independently verified as they are received via the network. Disclosed are various embodiments for a proxy that enables debugging of transformed code. A proxy receives a request from a client application to obtain transformed code from a first server. The proxy obtains the transformed code from the first server, and the proxy obtains a source map corresponding to the transformed code from a second server. Disclosed are various embodiments for managing location-based service zones being monitored by a client device. The location-based service zones within a geographic region can be organized in location-based service zone clusters. In response to receiving an active zone from a computing device, a client device can begin monitoring the geographic parameters for the top-level location-based service zone clusters. When the client device detects an entry into a particular location-based service zone cluster, the client device stops monitoring the top-level location-based service zone clusters and begins monitoring the location-based service zones that are within the particular location-based service zone cluster.

Disclosed are various embodiments for managing which location-based service zones to monitor when the number location-based service zones within a geographic region exceed the amount the device can support. An active zone defining a geographic region and location-based service zones within the geographic region is provided by another computing device. When the number of location-based service zones meets or exceeds a predefined threshold, a subset of the location-based service zones is selected for monitoring according to a current device location and/or other parameters.
