The invention relates to a ventilation module for a film stretching system at least one first outlet nozzle arrangement having an outlet nozzle, wherein the at least one outlet nozzle extends with its longitudinal direction transverse or perpendicular to the withdrawal direction of a plastic film web and is oriented in parallel to the transport plane. A first return system is provided with at least two extraction channels, each having an intake region. The at least two intake regions are spaced apart from one another in the withdrawal direction and oriented in parallel to the transport plane. The at least one outlet nozzle of the at least one first outlet nozzle arrangement is arranged between the first and the second intake region. The at least two intake regions are arranged exclusively before and/or after the at least one first outlet nozzle arrangement in the withdrawal direction of the plastic film web.

An improved device for the uniaxial or biaxial stretching of plastics material portions. The device includes a stretching frame with two pairs of mutually perpendicular guide rails with clips for stretching a plastics material portion, which clips are movable away from or towards each other. The device is constructed such that in addition to the starting position at the beginning of a stretching process and the end position after performing a stretching process, the guide rails and thus the clips seated thereon are additionally movable into a loading position. The loading position is arranged so that it lies asymmetrically within the stretching frame and is thus closer to at least one longitudinal side of the stretching frame than to the opposite side of the stretching frame.

The invention relates to an improved transport system, in particular for a stretching system, characterized amongst other things, by the following characteristics: a support rail and/or a guide rail, over which a conveyor chain with clip chain units can be displaced, are provided, said units subdividing into a clip part and a chain part, said support rail or the guide rail or the support rail and the guide rail is/are provided with a channel which transverses in the longitudinal direction at least in one of the partial lengths of the support rail and the guide rail. The support rail running surface comprises a plurality of outlet openings through which the compressed air can be guided on the channel for generating an airbag between the support rail running surface and an air bearing cushion plate on the clip-chain unit and/or the running rail running surfaces comprise a plurality of outlet openings through which the compressed air can be guided on the channel by generating an air bag between the respective guide rail running surfaces and a bearing device on the clip chain unit.

Transport system, in particular transverse stretching systems

The invention relates to an improved stretching unit characterized, amongst other things by the following: the clip-chain unit is designed such that the forces which are exerted are decoupled and applied in a tilting-free and torque-free manner to the clip-chain unit in order to prevent an increase of the surface pressure between the clip-chain unit and the supporting rail.

Stretching unit

An improved multiple-screw extruder, in particular a twin-screw extruder comprises a housing. Several housing bores are located in at least one section within the housing. The housing bores overlap at least along a partial axial length of the housing. One extruder screw is arranged in each of the several housing bores. At least two motors are provided for the at least two extruder screws. A synchronizing and torsion transmitting device, by means of which both cooperating extruder screws can be synchronized, is provided on both the inlet side and the discharge side.

Multiple-screw extruder

A method for manufacturing a nonwoven fabric, wherein a layer of nonwoven fabric is made up of a fiber mixture of at least two different types of fibers is formed. The single nonwoven fabric layer is solidified. The solidified single nonwoven fabric layer is then subjected to heat treatment subject to the condition that shrinkage of at least one of the types of fibers is activated.

Device for the production of multicomponent fibers or of filaments, in particular bicomponent fibers, whereby a nozzle block assembly is provided. The assembly consists of a middle nozzle block and two outer nozzle blocks. Arranged in the nozzle block assembly are at least two inflow channels, each for a melt flow of one component. A device for producing filaments, in particular, from a thermoplastic polymer, wherein the filaments emerge from the spinneret openings of a spinneret plate. A distribution device is provided for distributing the molten polymer being supplied over a preliminary spinning width. At least one exchangeable distribution plate with several distribution openings that are distributed over the spinning width is arranged downstream of the distribution device. The exchangeable spinneret plate is arranged downstream of the distribution plate, wherein said spinneret plate contains spinneret channels that are distributed over the final spinning width. The spinning width defined by the distribution openings is smaller or larger than the preliminary spinning width, and the preliminary spinning width can be reduced or enlarged to the final spinning width with the aid of the distribution plate. The desired final spinning width can be adjusted by exchanging the distribution plate.

Device for producing filaments

An apparatus for making a plastic filament web has in a vertical stack starting from the top an extruder releasably mounted on a platform, connected to a spinneret, and supplying molten plastic thereto for formation of plastic streams, a blowing unit directly beneath the spinneret cooling the streams and forming them into plastic filaments, a stretching gap directly beneath the blowing unit stretching the plastic filaments, a diffuser shaft directly beneath the stretching gap looping the stretched plastic filaments, and a foraminous conveyor directly beneath the diffuser shape receiving the looped and stretched filaments as a fleece which it transports horizontally out of the apparatus. A lowermost housing containing the conveyor sits directly on a stationary support surface and has an upper surface. An uppermost housing spaced above the lowermost housing supporting the extruder platform contains at least the spinneret and has a lower surface. A plurality of intermediate housings in a stack between the lowermost and uppermost housings contain the blowing unit, the stretching gap, and the diffuser shaft and each have a lower and an upper surface. Each lower surface directly engages and fits complementarily to the upper surface of the underlying housing with the intermediate and uppermost housings substantially wholly supported on the underlying housings and on the lowermost housing and the housings forming a tower supporting the platform.
