Systems and methods for sump pump remote monitoring can include control circuitry integrated into a portable housing, with a backup sump pump connected to the control circuitry. The control circuitry can be powered by a line power and when the line power is not available, the control circuitry can be powered by a battery power. The control circuitry can be connected to a control panel, and the control circuitry can include a pressure transducer, the pressure transducer to measure a pressure in a fluid level sensor, and based on the measured pressure, the control circuitry to adjust the speed of the backup sump pump. A wireless controller can be connected to the control circuitry, the wireless controller for wirelessly receiving monitoring instructions and wirelessly transmitting backup sump pump status data, with the control circuitry providing an indication of the backup sump pump status data to the control panel.

Sump pump remote monitoring systems and methods

In some embodiments of the present disclosure, systems and methods for monitoring operation of a pump are provided. In some embodiments, a system comprises: a pressure switch, comprising: a PCB within a housing; a power supply; a wireless gateway module configured to establishes a wireless connection to a wireless network; a pressure sensor; a microcontroller that: establishes a second wireless connection to a mobile device; receives instructions from the mobile device; connect to the first wireless network based on the instructions; determine pressure; control operation of the pump based on the pressure; determine that a fault has occurred, automatically stop operation of the pump, and send a message to a server over the first wireless network; and receive instructions from the mobile device via the server and the first wireless network to change a setting of the pressure switch.

Fluid level sensor systems and methods can include an inverted cup with a sealed top and an open bottom, the inverted cup defining an inner air space. An inner pressure tube can extend from the inner air space and through the sealed top. A contact sensor can be positioned near the sealed top, the contact sensor including a pair of contacts. A visual indicator is provided to indicate each storage location and each storage location has a unique machine-readable identification code identifying that storage location. A code reader is provided to read a unique identification code associated with each container and the unique code at each storage location. Control apparatus controls system operation by locating each container at a storage location and operating the indicator to indicate the relevant storage location when a pick-up request for the prescription order articles is made. In embodiments, the spooler comprises a support structure, a rotatable spindle secured with respect to the support structure, a drive apparatus in power-transmission relationship with the spindle for powering spindle rotation and control apparatus. A spool may be mounted on the spindle. Pouch package web output from the pouch package web source is wound onto the spool, providing a convenient and efficient means for managing the pouch package web.
