The present application provides a mobile power plant system for loading power generation equipment into an aircraft via a winch cable and secured within the aircraft via a number of aircraft restraints. The mobile power plant system includes a trailer with the power generation equipment thereon, a number of hooks attached to the trailer, a winching beam attached to the trailer, and one or more winching shackles attached to the winching beam. The winch cable may be attached to the winching shackles to pull the trailer into the aircraft and the aircraft restraints may be attached to the hooks to secure the trailer in the aircraft.

Aircraft transportation for mobile power generation packages

A system includes a bleed system configured to direct a bleed flow from a compressor section to an exhaust section of a gas turbine engine. The bleed system includes a first bleed conduit section configured to couple to the compressor section, a second bleed conduit section configured to couple to the exhaust section, and a first rotatable joint coupling together adjacent conduits of the first and second bleed conduit sections. The second bleed conduit section has components configured to rotate between a plurality of configurations relative to the first bleed conduit section and the compressor section via the first rotatable joint. The plurality of orientations corresponds to a plurality of exhaust outlet orientations of the exhaust section, and the components of the second bleed conduit section are the same in each orientation.

System and method for reconfiguring a bleed system

Systems and methods for first time synchronization of a generator with an electrical grid are disclosed. According to one embodiment of the disclosure, a method of first time synchronization of a generator with an electrical grid can be provided. The method may include receiving, during an acceleration of a turbine, a voltage of a generator and a voltage of an electrical grid; receiving, during an acceleration of a turbine, a frequency of the generator and a frequency of the electrical grid; receiving, during an acceleration of a turbine, one or more phase angles of the generator and one or more phase angles of the electrical grid; when the frequency of the generator matches with the frequency of the electrical grid, at least one of the one or more phase angles of the generator match with the respective at least one of the one or more phase angles of the electrical grid, and the difference between the voltage of the generator and the voltage of the electrical grid reaches a threshold voltage difference, synchronizing the generator to the electrical grid by closing a generator breaker or by closing a line breaker. The method may further include: determining the generator is synchronized to the electrical grid; and increasing the voltage of the generator to match the voltage of the electrical grid.

Systems and methods for first time synchronization of a generator with an electrical grid

A restraint assembly includes a plurality of tensile restraints and a plurality of restraints. Each tensile restraint of the plurality of tensile restraints is configured to couple to a respective anchor plate of a plurality of anchor plates disposed on one or more foundations, and a mobile system. The mobile system is disposed on the one or more foundations. Each restraint includes a rigid element configured to couple to a respective anchor plate of the plurality of anchor plates, and to interface with or couple to a respective location on the mobile system.

A system includes a bleed system that directs a bleed flow form a high pressure region to a low pressure region. The bleed system includes a bleed conduit that includes an inlet coupled to the high pressure region. The bleed system also includes an outlet that provides the bleed flow into the low pressure region. The bleed conduit it slideably coupled to a housing that defines the low pressure region.
