Techniques for ensuring that geographic location specific security policies are enforce for an agent or agent device. An Agent service of an agent device accesses an Agent Authentication Service for a key to initiate one or more functions of the agent device. The Agent Authentication Service determines the location of the agent device and determines whether the agent device is within an approved geographic location based on geographic location specific security policies. If the agent device is within the approved geographic location, the Agent Authentication Services accesses a Key Management Service for a cryptographic key and delivers the cryptographic key to the Agent. If the Agent Authentication Service determines that the Agent device is outside of the approved location, access to the cryptographic key is denied.

Secure distribution of cryptographic keys and policy attributes based on geographic trusted location

A methodology includes determining a first delay between a first relay and a first label edge router, a second delay between a second relay and a second label edge router, and a third delay of a label-switched path between the first label edge router and the second label edge router. Based on the first, second, and third delays, it is determined whether an end-to-end latency between the first relay and the second relay exceeds an end-to-end latency threshold.

A method for teleprotection over a segment routed network comprises receiving network requirements for communication between a first teleprotection relay and a second teleprotection relay, the first teleprotection relay associated with a first router of the segment routed network, and the second teleprotection relay associated with a second router of the segment routed network, identifying a primary path from the first router to the second router satisfying the network requirements, determining a congruent reverse of the primary path satisfies the network requirements, sending, to the first router, the primary path, the first router routing traffic from the first teleprotection relay to the second teleprotection relay using the primary path, and sending, to the second router, the congruent reverse of the primary path, the second router routing traffic from the second teleprotection relay to the first teleprotection relay using the congruent reverse of the primary path.

Method and system for teleprotection over segment routing-based networks

Presented herein are techniques for optimizing spectral efficiency in a network. One or more metrics of one or more wireless access points that enable one or more wireless client devices to connect to a wireless network are monitored. The one or more metrics reflect a level of client device activity. Based on the one or more metrics, the level of client device activity is determined to require a change in a number of the one or more wireless access points that are active to serve the one or more wireless client devices. The one or more wireless access points are activated or deactivated to improve a spectral efficiency of the wireless network.

Optimizing spectral efficiency in a network by activating or deactivating access points based on client device activity

A meeting server receives shared content from a presenter device in an online conference session with one or more attendee devices. The meeting server generates one or more digital watermarks corresponding to the one or more attendee devices. Each respective digital watermark includes an indication of the presenter device and an indication of a respective attendee device. The meeting server transmits the shared content with the respective digital watermark to the respective attendee device as part of the online conference session. The respective digital watermark is visible in the shared content displayed on the respective attendee device.
