A data processing system includes: a processor; a network interface; and a memory comprising programming instructions for execution by the processor to: access an electronic workspace; determine a list of changes to the workspace within a period of time; structure a query to a Large Language Model (LLM) or Artificial Intelligence (AI) engine, the query to generate for a user a summary of the changes; obtain a corresponding summary from the LLM or AI engine; and in a user interface, associate a display of the workspace with the corresponding summary to update a user as to a current state of the workspace.

Systems and methods to summarize change in an electronic workspace

The disclosed technology is generally directed to the conversion of text to tables. In one example of the technology, input text that includes at least three rows is received. A plurality of characteristics of the input text is determined. Each characteristic of the plurality of characteristics is associated with a uniformity between the rows of the input text. The plurality of characteristics includes at least one characteristic that is associated with a delimiter count. A determination is made as to whether the input text is suitable for conversion to table based on the plurality of characteristics. Upon determining that the input text is suitable for conversion to a table, a machine learning model is used to convert the input text into a table.

A data processing system implements receiving a first textual prompt from a first user via a first user interface of a first client device, the first textual prompt includes a textual description of content to be generated by a generative model; providing the first textual prompt as a first input to the generative model to obtain as an output first collaborative content based on the first textual prompt; receiving an edited version of the first collaborative content from the first client device that includes edits to the first collaborative content provided by the first user; providing the edited version of the first collaborative content as a second input to the generative model to obtain as an output second collaborative content based on the edited version of the first collaborative content; and causing the first client device to present the second collaborative content on the first user interface.

Collaborative coauthoring with artificial intelligence

Workers often forget to enter clockings indicating when they have arrived or left work or transferred between work activities. Various embodiments provide a system that predicts the risk of potential missed worker clockings and delivers alerts to the workers and/or their managers when that risk is high. The system analyzes historical data to find previous instances of missed clockings at an organization, extracts feature information regarding the context of the missed clockings, and calibrates a missing clocking risk model. The model is then used in either an online or batch mode to predict the risk of workers missing upcoming scheduled clockings. Based on these risk scores and system configurations, alerts are generated for employees and managers reminding them about the upcoming clockings and lowering the amount of missed clockings and subsequent remedies.

A system and method for summarizing suggested content and sharing the summarized suggested content is described. In one aspect, a computer-implemented method includes performing an analysis of text of a document, searching a document library for content elements and documents based on the analysis of the text, identifying candidate documents and candidate content based on the searching, presenting a list of candidate documents or candidate content with the document authoring application, receiving a selection of a candidate document or candidate content from the list in the document authoring application, and providing the selected candidate document to a collaborative content sharing platform, the collaborative content sharing platform configured to generate a graphical user interface that displays a list of shared documents, the shared documents includes candidate documents selected by one or more users of a group of users that share access to the collaborative content sharing platform.
