The invention relates to a method for producing dry extracts of plants and to pharmaceutical preparations containing the same, more particularly phytopharmaceuticals, which contain at least one ethanolic/aqueous extract of a plant (drug), the plants being selected from the group consisting of: Rumicis herba;; andand mixtures thereof. The invention further relates to a pharmaceutical for treating inflammatory and/or infectious diseases of the nose and throat area and/or the nasal sinuses, as well as the use thereof.

The invention relates to a method for producing dry extracts of plants and to pharmaceutical preparations containing the same, more particularly phytopharmaceuticals, which contain at least one ethanolic/aqueous extract of a plant (drug), the plants being selected from the group consisting of:; andand mixtures thereof. The invention further relates to an agent and drug obtainable on the basis of the hydrolyzate.

Plant extract hydrolysates and antibacterial product containing the same

The present invention relates to an antibacterial agent and a hydrolysate made of at least one extract that has been produced by extraction using ethanol/water from dried plant material of: a) at least one of the plants selected from the group consisting of:L.,L.,L.,(L.) Hill, andL.; and a mixture thereof; or b) a mixture of:L.,L.,L.,L., and Rumicis herba; and subsequent removal of the ethanol/water extraction agent, wherein the hydrolysate can be obtained from the extract via hydrolytic treatment using a mineral acid. The hydrolyzates according to the invention show a pronounced antibacterial effect against germs relevant to the skin, ears, nose, and throat and respiratory systems.

Pharmaceutical formulation consisting of a plant dry extract with a calcium coating

The present invention relates to a vacuum distillation plant and a process for concentrating organic aqueous solutions, especially spissum extracts, using said plant. The vacuum distillation plant of the invention comprises a flash evaporator, a means for vapor concentration and a multi-stage condenser positioned down-stream of said means for vapor concentration, means for recycling at least part of the condensate from a condensation stage into the bottoms product being provided. In addition, the present invention relates to a process for concentrating organic aqueous solutions such as concentrated extracts using said plant.

Coffee, for example, may be classified by coffee sort, country of origin, coffee growing region, roasting method and defined chemical parameters, e.g., caffeine content, or chlorogenic acid content.
