In one embodiment, a frost-free sillcock is provided. The sillcock has a single handle which rotates to control the temperature of the discharged fluid. The handle also moves axially toward and away from a mounting surface to control the volume of fluid discharged from the sillcock. Furthermore, the sillcock has valve components disposed on the inside of the mounting surface which can be serviced from outside of the mounting surface.

A kitchen deck side spray assembly for attachment to a water hose includes a spray body having spray openings. There is a water path in the spray body connecting the spray openings with the hose. A valve member is located in the water path and there is a spring biasing the valve member to a normally closed position. A trigger on the spray body is in operative relationship with the valve member for causing movement thereof to operate the spray. A tube is connected to the water hose and there is a quick connect adapter positioned within the spray body. There are cooperating elements on the tube and the quick connect adapter for locking the tube to the adapter to thereby attach the side spray assembly to the hose. The side spray may be disassembled from the hose, completely from above the sink deck, permitting the exterior of the side spray to be replaced without the necessity of work being done underneath the sink deck.

A modular shower arm assembly for use in removably attaching a shower fixture to the unthreaded end of a pipe extending outwardly from a shower stall wall without affecting connection of the pipe to a water supply system behind the shower wall uses an adapter sleeve closely fitting over the pipe and located within a chamber in the shower arm water passage. There is a threaded fastener which extends from the top or upper surface of the shower arm, where it is normally unseen, to mount the sleeve and the shower arm to the pipe.

Faucet wand support

A pullout faucet wand joint includes a receptor formed and adapted to be mounted on a sink deck, with the receptor having an opening to receive a faucet wand and an interior passage for a faucet hose which is attached to the faucet wand. The wand joint includes a reinforcing collar secured to the receptor at its opening, which collar extends axially into the receptor internal passage to provide reinforcement for the wand when it is positioned within the receptor. The faucet wand has a shell and there is a faucet waterway located within the shell. A transition sleeve is secured about the exterior of the waterway with the transition sleeve extending within the wand shell and having cooperating elements thereon which prevent relative rotation between the wand shell and the transition sleeve. There are cooperating elements on the wand shell and the reinforcing collar which provide orientation therebetween when the shell is inserted within the receptor.

A soap dispenser includes a pump assembly having an outwardly extending reciprocal plunger. A handle assembly is pivotally mounted to the pump assembly and includes an outwardly projecting operating handle. There is a discharge tube in the handle assembly which has an outlet adjacent the end of the handle. A connector is seated on the pump assembly and is attached to the handle assembly. The discharge tube which is attached to the connector, in cooperation with the connector and the pump assembly plunger, provides a soap passage, normally filled with soap, which extends between the pump assembly and the outlet. There is a check valve in the soap passage. Pivotal movement of the handle has the effect of moving the pump assembly plunger in an inward direction resulting in a measured amount of soap being moved through the soap passage and discharged from the outlet.

A tub/shower diverter assembly includes a housing and a diverter valve. The housing has a water inlet, a shower outlet and a tub outlet. The diverter valve is formed of two removably joined parts, a stem and a sleeve. The stem has a portion extending outwardly from the housing for operation of the diverter. The sleeve controls the flow of water through the diverter and has a hollow interior, spaced inlet ports and an outlet port which may be moved into alignment with either the housing tub outlet or the housing shower outlet. The sleeve may have variably sized interiors to accommodate different flow rates to meet different water codes.

A back flow preventer and vacuum breaker for use with a plumbing fixture in which the discharge may be moved to a position within a body of water includes a body having an inlet and an outlet, a chamber connecting the inlet and outlet and an air vent opening into the chamber. There is a first diaphragm positioned within the chamber which controls air flow through the vent. There is a second diaphragm positioned in the chamber which controls flow from the inlet into the chamber and includes an integral check valve extending into the outlet.

A plaster ground for a wall mounted faucet valve housing includes a body portion with a central opening for the valve housing and a cylindrical portion releasably attached to the body portion and extending about the valve housing. A pair of flexible retaining arms integral with the body portion are adapted to engage and secure the plaster ground to the valve housing.
