A retractable load carrier system for a vehicle comprising a rail assembly comprising a first rail and a second rail, wherein each rail is configured to be mounted to a vehicle roof. The system can further include a rack assembly comprising a first support member and a second support member generally parallel to each other, wherein the first support member and second support member can be coupled together with at least one cross members, wherein the rack assembly has a first end and a second end, wherein both the first and second end can include a handle portion. A locking means can be coupled to the handle portion of the rack assembly, wherein the locking means comprises a plurality of engagement members configured to latch to engage the grooved portion of the rail assembly or the pins are configured to engage the pinion portion of the rail assembly.

Retractable load carrier system for a vehicle

A fuel level indicator indicating a fuel level in a vehicle fuel tank and disposed proximate a cap for closing a refueling orifice extending from the fuel tank. The fuel indicator indicates the fuel level in response to a fuel level sender unit disposed in the fuel tank. According to one embodiment, the fuel level sender unit supplies fuel level information to both a dashboard-mounted gauge and the cap-proximate fuel indicator. A switch supplies power to the cap-proximate fuel indicator and the fuel level sender unit, without powering on other watercraft systems.

A lost wax molding system has a re-usable, collapsible, chain-linked mesh exoskeleton, one or more inserts to be placed within the interior surface of the mesh exoskeleton to exert outward pressure on the mesh exoskeleton thereby creating a pre-formed, rigid, three-dimensional shape, a waterproof sleeve sized to cover the outer surface of the three-dimensional shape, and a base sized to seal said waterproof sleeve forming an investment mold container.

A child safety restraining device for use on airlines, trains, busses and other transportation, has a child waist strap which is secured around the waist of a child with a safety buckle. The child waist strap is secured to an adult waist strap utilizing a connecting member. The adult waist strap is secure around the waist of an adult also with a safety buckle. This secures the child to the adult. Additionally a crotch strap or shoulder straps can be attached to the child waist strap to secure the positioning of the child in the child waist strap. The safety buckles would comply to safety standards and both the child waist strap and the adult waist strap would be formed from appropriate webbing which also complies standards to insure that in a crisis situation the child will be safety secured to the adult. Further for use on commercial airlines, the adult would strap themselves to the airline seat using the existing airline seatbelt and the child would be secured to the adult using the child safety restainng device of the invention.
