The method also includes applying the stencil to a surface of the object. The method also includes filling a void space formed by a combination of the apertures in the stencil layers with solder paste. The method also includes removing the stencil layers in a sequential manner to leave the solder paste.

The present invention provides a graphene structure having graphene bubbles and a preparation method for the same. The preparation method comprises: providing a substrate; forming a hydrogen terminated layer on a top surface of the substrate and a graphene layer disposed on a top surface of the hydrogen terminated layer; and placing a probe on the graphene layer and applying a preset voltage to the probe, to excite a part of the hydrogen terminated layer at a position corresponding to the probe to convert into hydrogen, the hydrogen causing the graphene layer at a position corresponding to the hydrogen to bulge, so as to form a graphene bubble enveloping the hydrogen.

A method for measuring a carrier in deactivated state is provided in this invention, comprising receiving a configuration mode that does not take effect immediately by a user terminal UE; if a deactivation control signaling for a carrier is received by the UE or if a carrier timer of the UE expires, switching the carrier from activated state to deactivated state, and measuring the carrier in deactivated state by the UE; or if an activation control signaling for a carrier in deactivated state that is being measured is received by the UE, terminating measurement of the carrier in deactivated state by the UE. Through controllable deactivated carrier measurement, the UE reduces battery power consumption and improves system performance. Provided is an airplane suspension () fairing structure with a wing-mounted arrangement, the fairing structure comprising a front fairing located in front of the leading edge () of a wing and a rear fairing located at the back of the leading edge () of the wing; the vertical section line (G) of the front fairing is curved, ascending along air flow direction from a start point (p) of an engine nacelle () to the maximum height position and then descending and extending below the lower surface () of the wing. In the present invention, due to the curved vertical section line of the front fairing of the suspension, inner space of the suspension is met only in the position requiring greater inner space, thus enabling the engine to be mounted close to the wing without additional devices; and the fairing aerodynamic surface of the suspension will not extend to the upper surface of the wing, avoiding interference of the suspension with the wing during cruising.

A manufacturing method of a graphene modulated high-k oxide and metal gate Ge-based MOS device, which comprises the following steps: 1) introducing a graphene thin film on a Ge-based substrate; 2) conducting fluorination treatment to the graphene thin film to form fluorinated graphene; 3) activating the surface of the fluorinated graphene by adopting ozone plasmas, and then forming a high-k gate dielectric on the surface of the fluorinated graphene through an atomic layer deposition technology; and 4) forming a metal electrode on the surface of the high-k gate dielectric. Since the present invention utilizes the graphene as a passivation layer to inhibit the formation of unstable oxide GeOon the surface of the Ge-based substrate and to stop mutual diffusion between the gate dielectric and the Ge-based substrate, the interface property between Ge and the high-k gate dielectric layer is improved. The fluorinated graphene can enable the graphene to become a high-quality insulator on the basis of keeping the excellent property of the graphene, so that the influence thereof on the electrical property of the Ge-based device is reduced. By adopting the ozone plasmas to treat the Ge-based graphene and then by adopting the atomic layer deposition technology, an ultrathin Hf-based high-k gate dielectric layer can be obtained.

Method for preparing semiconductor substrate with insulating buried layer gettering process

The present invention provides a method for preparing an ultra-thin material on insulator through adsorption by a doped ultra-thin layer. In the method, first, an ultra-thin doped single crystal film and an ultra-thin top film (or contains a buffer layer) are successively and epitaxially grown on a first substrate, and then a high-quality ultra-thin material on insulator is prepared through ion implantation and a bonding process. A thickness of the prepared ultra-thin material on insulator ranges from 5 nm to 50 nm. In the present invention, the ultra-thin doped single crystal film adsorbs the implanted ion, and a micro crack is then formed, so as to implement ion-cut; therefore, the roughness of a surface of a ion-cut material on insulator is small. In addition, an impurity atom strengthens an ion adsorption capability of the ultra-thin single crystal film, so that an ion implantation dose and the annealing temperature can be lowered in the preparation procedure, thereby effectively reducing the damage caused by the implantation to the top film, and achieving objectives of improving production efficiency and reducing the production cost.

A communication method of MTC devices in the field of communication technologies, including: grouping, by a network side, first MTC devices according to time when the first MTC devices access a network, where the grouping is so performed that MTC devices accessing the network at same time are grouped into different groups, and MTC devices accessing the network at different time are grouped into a same group; and sending, after the first MTC devices access the network, group information to the first MTC devices, so that the first MTC devices receive and/or send data according to the group information. Embodiments of the present invention further provide a related communication apparatus of MTC devices. Embodiments of the present invention realize scattering time for MTC devices to access a network for sending data, thereby avoiding collisions and effectively easing the burden resulted from MTC devices accessing the network concurrently.

A method and system for accessing a network are disclosed in the present invention. The method includes that: terminals in a same group execute random number synchronization; when an arbitrary first terminal in the group initiates network access, terminals in the group except the first terminal monitor the access of the first terminal according to the synchronized random number; after monitoring that the first terminal accesses network successfully, the terminals in the group except the first terminal initiate network access by using Radio Resource Control (RRC) connection uplink resources which are allocated to the group by the network. The technical solution of the present invention can reduce the signaling overhead for establishing signaling connection and data bearing.
