A motor includes a rotor module and a stator module. The rotor module includes electro-active polymer modules which change their physical size depending on electrical activation or deactivation. The stator module includes a base and a plurality of magnets mounted on two fixing plates of the base. The rotor module comprises a rotor and a coil. Precise displacement by the motor is obtained by electrically activating or deactivating the electro-active polymer modules.

Precise-motion motor

A linear motor includes a stator and a mover coupled to the stator. The stator includes a stator body and at least one guiding portion protruding from the stator body. The mover includes a mover body and at least one sliding portion protruding from the mover body. The at least one sliding portion defines a receiving groove. The at least one guiding portion is received in the receiving groove. A gap is defined between the at least one guiding portion and the at least one sliding portion. The mover defines at least one air inlet hole communicating with the gap and configured to inject air into the gap.

Linear motor

A linear motor includes a stator and a rotor. The stator includes two opposing plates, a spacing plate positioned between the plates, and a plurality of permanent magnets mounted on the two plates and spaced from each other. The rotor includes a coil portion and an assembly block. The coil portion is positioned between the two plates, and the assembly block is connected to the coil portion and next to the plates. The spacing plate defines a slide groove, and the coil portion includes a plurality of balls mounted at one surface toward the spacing plate. The plurality of balls is partially received in the slide groove in the sliding way.

A light guide plate includes a light incident section and a light guiding section. The light incident section includes a light incident surface configured to receive light beams emitted from a light source, a top surface adjacent to the light incident surface, a first bottom surface oppose to the top surface. The light guiding section includes a main light emitting surface, a connecting surface connecting the main light emitting surface with the top surface, a second bottom surface opposite to the main light emitting surface and connecting with the first bottom surface, and a contacting surface connecting with the main light emitting surface and the second bottom surface. A step is formed at a junction of the light incident section and the light guiding section, and the connecting surface and the top surface define an accommodating space.

Light guide plate and assembly module using the same and backlight module

A transmission device includes an input shaft, a first transmission mechanism, a speed changing mechanism, and an output shaft. The first transmission mechanism includes a transmission shaft, an inner magnetic member received in the transmission shaft, a mounting housing coupled to the input shaft, and an outer magnetic member. The input shaft is configured to rotate the mounting housing. The outer magnetic member is received in the mounting housing and positioned adjacent to the inner magnetic member. A magnetic pole of the inner magnetic member is opposite to a magnetic pole of the outer magnetic member. The speed changing mechanism is coupled to the transmission shaft. The output shaft is coupled to the speed changing mechanism.

Transmission device

A projection lamp utilizing light emitting diodes (LEDs) includes a housing, a lamp board positioned on the housing, an upper covering the lamp board, and a lens positioned above the upper cover. The lamp board includes a plurality of LEDs. A majority portion of the housing and the upper cover is composed of thermally conductive materials. The housing includes a plurality of latch holes, the upper cover includes a plurality of latching chambers corresponding to the latch holes, and the lens includes a plurality of latching members extending through the latching chambers to engage the housing latch holes.

Light guide plate

An electronic device includes a card holder for receiving a chip card, and a housing defining a receiving groove for receiving the card holder. The card holder includes a fixing member and a receiving base positioned on the fixing member. The fixing member includes a base plate and a side wall substantially perpendicularly extending from an end of the base plate. The base plate forms a first positioning bar and a second positioning bar substantially parallel to each other, and the second positioning bar defines a positioning cutout. The receiving base is positioned on the fixing member. The receiving base forms a positioning hook, and the positioning hook has a locking protrusion engaging in the positioning cutout of the second positioning bar. The positioning hook is capable of being deformed to make the locking portion disengage from the positioning cutout.

Electronic device with card holder

A positioning control ejection mechanism includes an ejection motor, an ejection rod, a position confirm switch, and an upper limit switch. The ejection rod is slidably driven with the ejection motor. The position confirm switch is assembled to the ejection motor and is positioned along an ejection direction of the ejection rod. The position confirm switch is configured for sensing when the ejection rod is aligned with a pre-ejection product. The upper limit switch is assembled to the ejection motor and is positioned along an ejection direction of the ejection rod away from the ejection motor end, preventing the ejection rod from being over ejected.

Electronic device housing and manufacturing method

A touch keyboard includes a touch panel, a light guide plate, a keyboard layer, and a controller. The controller is connected to the touch panel. When a user touches the touch panel, the controller determines the touch position by detecting changes in the current of the touch panel, and generates a command signal. The keyboard layer is sandwiched between the touch panel and the light guide plate. The keyboard layer includes a film and a plurality of keyboard signs printed on the film, and the positions of the keyboard signs are recorded in the controller.

External touch keyboard

A positioning assembly includes a fastener and a pin. The fastener includes a latching portion and a fixing portion coaxially connected to the latching portion. The pin is movably received and fixed in the fastener. The fixing portion defines a threaded portion in a side surface of the fixing portion and a pinhole in an end surface of the fixing portion. The pin is received in the pinhole.

A method for defining a uniform injection molding interface includes selecting at least one common control parameter from multiple injection molding machines, setting at least one standardization page, establishing a uniform injection molding interface by configuring the at least one common control parameter into the at least one standardization page, storing the data related to the uniform injection molding interface into a storage unit, and connecting the uniform injection molding interface to the control device via an input control device to enable the control device to control the multiple injection molding machines in response to the control parameters set via the uniform injection molding interface.
